世界各国では、セキュリティートークンを活用した資金調達が行われており、日本でも来年4月の法改正に向けて、証券取引の効率化や金融商品のデジタル化への取り組みが行われています。

日本国内では、法規制に対応したインフラストラクチャの構築と利活用が当面の課題と考えられますが、セキュリティートークンの未来を見据えたベストプラクティスの共有なども今後は必要不可欠であると言えるでしょう。
