Ojo Gang一部メンバーに関する訴訟の審理開始のお知らせ

株式会社ジャミールは、当社が結成・プロデュースし、韓国のテレビ番組『Street Woman Fighter』で優勝したチーム「Ojo Gang」のメンバーである及川南、北寺海羽、平井波奈に対し、日本において法的手続きを開始いたしました。

本件はすでに訴訟段階に移行しており、今後、審理が開始される予定です。

 

本件は、「Street Woman Fighter」コンサートへの出演に関し、上記メンバーが当社との専属契約に違反し、金銭的利益を目的として行動したことに起因するものです。

 

当社は、チームにとって最良の条件を実現するため、数ヶ月にわたり交渉を重ね、参加報酬を約6倍に引き上げることを含む条件改善を実現しました。

 

しかしながら、上記メンバーを含む一部メンバーは、コンサート主催者と共謀し、自らの金銭的利益を増加させる目的で当社をコンサート契約から排除するという、明確な契約違反行為に及びました。

 

当社所属アーティストでありOjo Gangのリーダーである今田惟吹のみが、コンサート主催者からの当社との契約に違反するよう脅迫を受けた状況においても、当社との契約違反を拒否しました。その後、今田惟吹以外のメンバー（以下「本件メンバーら」といいます。）は、虚偽の内容に基づく誹謗的な情報発信を組織的に行い、当社および当社アーティストを標的とした名誉毀損行為を展開し、自らの行為を正当化しようとしました。

 

本件メンバーらは更に、自らの契約上の義務に違反し、より多くの金銭的利益を得ることを目的として、当社に関する虚偽かつ信用を毀損する内容を他企業に対して直接伝達しました。

 

本件メンバーらによる公の場での一連の行為により、日本国内および海外において、テレビ出演、ブランド契約、イベント等を含む複数の案件に影響が生じ、結果として中止・終了に至りました。当社のみならず関係する他企業にも損害が生じています。

 

本件メンバーらの主張は完全に事実無根であり、当社および今田惟吹に対して重大な経済的および社会的信用の毀損をもたらしています。

本件は決して誤解によるものではなく、契約上の義務を無視し、経済的利益を得るために意図的かつ組織的に行われた不誠実な行為です。

 

また、本件はメディア等を通じて公の場で展開されており、その中で発信される虚偽の情報は、人の信用やキャリア、さらには人生そのものにまで深刻な影響を及ぼし得るものです。当社は、このような行為に対して明確に立ち向かう必要があると考えています。

 

当社は、及川南、北寺海羽、平井波奈以外の本件メンバーらに対しても法的手続きの準備を進めております。

本件については、裁判における速やかな解決を図るとともに、法廷において真実を立証し、あらゆる法的手段をもって責任を徹底的に追及してまいります。

Jameel Inc. has initiated legal proceedings in Japan against Minami Oikawa, Uwa Kitadera, and Hana Hirai, members of Ojo Gang, a team created and produced by Jameel Inc. that won the Korean television program Street Woman Fighter.

The matter has already progressed to the litigation stage, and court proceedings are scheduled to commence.

This case arises from the above members’ financially motivated breach of their exclusive contracts with Jameel Inc. in relation to their participation in the Street Woman Fighter concert.

In order to secure the best possible conditions for the team, Jameel Inc. engaged in negotiations with the concert organizers over several months and successfully achieved improved terms, including increasing the members’ pay by approximately six times the initial offer.

Despite this, certain members colluded with the concert organizers to exclude Jameel Inc. from the concert agreement in order to increase their own financial gain, constituting a clear breach of their contractual obligations.

Only Jameel Inc.’s artist and Ojo Gang team leader, Ibuki Imata, despite being subjected to blackmail by the concert organizers, refused to violate her contractual obligations. Following this, the remaining members (hereinafter referred to as the “Members”) organized and carried out a coordinated defamation campaign based on false allegations, targeting both Jameel Inc. and its artist in an attempt to justify their conduct.

Furthermore, the Members directly communicated false and damaging statements about Jameel Inc. to other companies as part of a further breach of their contractual obligations to further increase their own financial gain.

As a result of these public actions by the Members, multiple business opportunities, both in Japan and overseas, including television appearances, brand partnerships, and events, were adversely affected, leading to cancellations and terminations. This has caused damage not only to Jameel Inc., but also to the other companies involved.

The claims made by the Members are entirely without merit and have caused significant financial harm and reputational damage to both Jameel Inc. and Ibuki Imata.

This situation is not the result of any misunderstanding. It is a deliberate and coordinated act carried out in bad faith for financial gain, in disregard of clear contractual obligations.

This matter has been played out publicly through media and other channels, and the dissemination of false information in such a setting can have far-reaching consequences, damaging reputations, careers, and lives. Jameel Inc. believes it is necessary to take a firm stand against such conduct.

Jameel Inc. is also preparing legal proceedings against the remaining Members of the team.

We will seek a prompt resolution through the courts, prove the truth of this matter, and pursue full accountability through all available legal channels.
