ベンチャーキャピタル事業およびSTO事業を展開するスタンダードキャピタル株式会社（本社：東京都渋谷区、代表取締役社長：山口大世、以下「当社」）は、シードラウンドにて下記の企業を引受先とする第三者割当増資を実施し、総額約3億2,890万円の資金調達を完了しました。

このたび調達した資金は、2020年1月に開設予定のセキュリティトークン取引所「ALLEX」におけるシステム開発並びに人財獲得に充当し、オペレーション体制の強化を実施いたします。
