銀座の空に誕生した新たな社交空間「GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE」がソフトオープン
― プレオープニングイベントを経て、ランチ・アフタヌーン・ディナー営業を開始 ―
2025年10月3日、銀座6丁目・中央通り沿いの新たなランドマーク「クロサワ × Tiffanyビル」の最上階に誕生した会員制ラウンジ『GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE（ギンザ サファイア ラウンジ）』が、プレオープニングイベントを経て、いよいよソフトオープンいたしました。

10月1日に行われたプレオープニングイベントでは、創設者ステファン・ラフェイ（元ティファニー アジア・パシフィック代表）をはじめ、各界のリーダー、文化人、メディア関係者らが集い、アート・美食・文化を融合させた新しい社交空間の誕生を祝いました。シャンパーニュの乾杯、シェフによる特別メニューの披露、銀座の夜景を一望できるテラスでの歓談など、華やかで温かい雰囲気の中、鏡開きも行われました。
鏡開きを担ったのは、創設者ステファン・ラフェイ氏と、向かって左に本プロジェクトの共同創業者でもあるクロサワグループ代表・嶋崎司氏。そして向かって右に、日本酒ブランド「IWA」創業者であり、ドン・ペリニヨンの元醸造最高責任者としてブランドを牽引したリシャール・ジョフロワ氏（Richard Geoffroy）も、この特別な瞬間を共に祝福しました。鏡開きの後は、ラウンジのGM・五木田梨佐氏による挨拶で、会場は一層の拍手に包まれました。
10月1日は「日本酒の日」でもあり、リシャール・ジョフロワ氏による最新作 「IWA Edition 6」 の正式ローンチ日でもありました。また、当日のシャンパーニュでの乾杯には、ドン・ペリニヨン ヴィンテージ2015 が用いられ、伝統と革新が交差する象徴的な瞬間となりました。
現在はソフトオープン期間として、下記の時間帯で営業しております。
営業時間：11:30 〜23:00（L.O. 22:00）
LUNCH 11:30〜15:00
AFTERNOON TIME 15:00〜17:00
DINNER & BAR 17:30〜23:00
なお、木曜日・金曜日は午前3時までBARをお楽しみいただけます
旬の食材を使ったコースやアラカルト、世界各国のワイン、IWA Sakeなどをお楽しみいただけます。

銀座の中心にありながら、空と街並みを一望できるルーフトップテラスは、昼夜で異なる表情を見せる特別な空間です。日中は明るい陽光の下でランチやアフタヌーンティーを、夜はライトアップされた銀座の夜景とともに上質なひとときをお過ごしいただけます。

A New Social Sanctuary in the Sky of Ginza — “GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE” Soft Opens
Following its pre-opening celebration, the members-only lounge begins lunch, afternoon, and dinner service
Tokyo, Japan – October 3, 2025 – The GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE, an exclusive members’ lounge, has officially soft opened on the rooftop of the newly completed KUROSAWA × Tiffany Building, a new landmark on Ginza’s Chuo-dori Avenue.
The lounge offers a sophisticated retreat where art, gastronomy, culture, and connection converge in the heart of Tokyo.
【Pre-Opening Celebration】
A pre-opening event held on October 1 welcomed distinguished guests from diverse fields — including business leaders, cultural figures, and media representatives — to celebrate the birth of a new social destination.The evening unfolded in a warm and festive atmosphere with a Champagne toast, a special menu prepared by the chef, and conversations overlooking the glittering night view of Ginza.
A traditional Kagami Biraki ceremony — symbolizing new beginnings — was also held to mark the soft opening of the lounge.The ceremony was led by Founder Stéphane Lafay, joined on the left by Mr. Tsukasa Shimazaki, CEO of the Kurosawa Group and Co-Founder of this project, and on the right by Mr. Richard Geoffroy, the legendary former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon who founded the Japanese sake brand IWA. Following the Kagami Biraki, Ms. Risa Gokita, General Manager of the lounge, delivered a welcome address that concluded the celebration with a round of warm applause.
October 1st was also celebrated as “Nihon Sake no Hi” (Japan Sake Day), marking the official launch of IWA Edition 6. The champagne toast at the event was made with Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015, symbolizing the connection between heritage and innovation in the world of fine beverages.

AFTERNOON TIME: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

On Thursdays and Fridays, guests can enjoy the Sapphire Bar until 3:00 a.m.
Guests may enjoy seasonal course menus and à la carte selections, paired with a curated international wine list and premium sake including IWA Sake.

Located above the vibrant streets of Ginza, the rooftop terrace offers an open view of both the cityscape and the sky, creating an extraordinary sense of escape.

During the opening period, GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE welcomes non-members by advance reservation — a rare opportunity to experience its members-only world. Selected restaurant and bar areas are open for lunch, afternoon, dinner, and bar service. Guests can indulge in seasonal tasting menus, signature dishes, curated wine and sake pairings, and the serene beauty of the Ginza rooftop terrace.
