株式会社アリスタゴラ・アドバイザーズ（以下、アリスタゴラ・アドバイザーズ）とシンガポール取引所（以下、SGX）は、シンガポールと日本の資本市場間のリンクを強化するため、様々な分野で協力推進を行う基本合意書（MOU）に署名しました。
基本合意書に基づき、アリスタゴラ・アドバイザーとSGXは、協力して日本企業へシンガポールの資本市場を促進いたします。日本企業が、上場および/または他の資金調達方法を通じてシンガポールの株式及び債券市場へアクセスする支援を協力します。支援内容については、SGXの上場手順と規則に関するガイダンスの提供だけでなく、海外進出に関心を持っている日本企業の適正把握とそのマーケティングも含まれます。
基本合意書は、アリスタゴラ・アドバイザーズの代表取締役会長篠田丈氏とSGXエクイティ・キャピタル・マーケット・グローバル・ヘッドであるMohamed Nasser Ismail氏の間で締結されました。

Aristagora Advisors and SGX join hands to promote Japanese companies’ access to Singapore’s capital markets
Aristagora Advisors Co., Ltd. (“Aristagora Advisors”) and Singapore Exchange (“SGX”) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) to collaborate on a range of areas that will enhance the links between Singapore and Japan’s capital markets.
Under the MOU, Aristagora Advisors and SGX will work together to promote Singapore’s capital markets and support Japanese companies to access Singapore’s equity and debt capital markets via listing and/or other fund-raising activities. This support will include jointly identifying and marketing to suitable Japanese companies that are interested to expand overseas, as well as providing guidance on SGX’s listing process and rules.
The MOU was signed between Takeshi Shinoda, Chairman and CEO of Aristagora Advisors, and Mohamed Nasser Ismail, Global Head of Equity Capital Markets of SGX.
Takeshi Shinoda said, “It is our pleasure to work with SGX as the first partner in Japan to support Japanese companies in raising capital and increasing their presence in Singapore. We have helped Japanese companies set up in Singapore and tap the capital markets, and we look forward to continuing this relationship going forward.
