KREATiS Japan株式会社、CBI学会2026年大会に参加
KREATiS Japan株式会社は、１０月２６日から２９日にタワーホール船堀（東京都江戸川区）で開催されるCBI学会2026年大会に参加し、プロモーションポスターの発表を行います。今回のCBI学会から開始されたプロモーションポスターは、通常のポスター発表とは異なり、学術的な内容だけでなく製品紹介等も可能なポスター発表となっています。KREATiS Japanは当社のQSARソフトウェアiSafeRatのモジュールの一つであるAMiCl-BDを紹介します。
AMiCl-BD (Aerobic Microbial Classification of BioDegradation)はQSAR Assessment Frameworkに準拠した生分解性予測モデルであり、二つの独立したアルゴリズム(Random Forest, Support Vector Machine)から構成されます。MACCS Key fingerprintを記述子として利用し、二値分類（良分解性、難分解性）予測を行います。また、適用領域の評価および予測の信頼性スコア(Reliability Index of Prediction, RIP)の計算も行います。生分解性の多くのソフトウェアでは予測の信頼性の指標をカスタムすることはできませんが、AMiCl-BDでは類似度の計算に MACCS KeyもしくはPubChem fingerprintを選択することが可能です。また、今後は、ユーザーがインポートしたデータベースから類似物質を検索する機能を実装する予定です。QMRFとQPRFも用意されています。プロモーションポスターでは、AMiCl-BDの予測性能も紹介します。

KREATiS Japan is presenting a promotion poster at CBI society 2026 annual meeting held at Tower Hall Funabori, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, from 26th to 29th of October. The promotion poster, which started from this year’s CBI meeting, is different from the ordinal poster presentation, where not only academic posters but also commercial posters such as the advertisement of products are admitted. KREATiS Japan is presenting AMiCl-BD, one of modules in our QSAR software iSafeRat.
AMiCl-BD (Aerobic Microbial Classification of BioDegradation) is a ready-biodegradability QSAR model compliant with OECD’s QSAR Assessment Framework, which is composed of 2 independent algorithms (Random Forest and Support Vector Machine). AMiCl-BD uses MACCS Key fingerprint as descriptor to predict binary classification (readily-biodegradable or not readily-biodegradable). And it assesses the Applicability Domain and computes the reliability score (Reliability Index of Prediction, RIP). Many other biodegradability QSAR software do not allow users to customize the indices of prediction reliability, but in AMiCl-BD, users can choose MACCS Key or PubChem fingerprint for the calculation of similarity. Furthermore, new functionality will be implemented to find analogues from user-imported database in the future. QMRF and QPRF are available. In the promotion poster, the predictivity performance will be presented.
