日本の50代女性をもっと元気に、もっと自分らしく生きてほしい。株式会社INVELが、50代女性のためのサミットを開催
人生100年時代のウェルビーイングを追求する株式会社INVELは、「W50＋~A Chain of Love Initiative」を来る５月８日（金）に、品川きゅりあん大ホールで開催いたします。
◇W50+ ~ A Chain of Love Initiative
50代女性にとって、人生100年時代は折り返しのとき。そのときに、まだ自分でも気づいていない本当の自分らしさや、自分の中に埋もれているかもしれない何かが存在することに気づくかもしれない。それは自分にとって、とても大きな宝物なので、みつけて、自分の人生の１つにプラスしてほしい、
そんな想いがあります。そして、50歳以上の日本人女性が、それぞれが経験してきたこと、悩み、希望や将来の夢について、オープンに話し合えるコミュニティをつくること。今の社会にはまだあまり存在しない環境であるからこそ、我々が先駆者的な試みをしていきたい。それが、W50＋~A Chain of Love Initiativeです。
◇「心を温めるために、愛をつなぐ」 私たち企業としての３つの取り組み
私たちは、血流を促し人々のQOLをよくするための製品を開発しています。体だけでなく、心を温めたい。企業貢献として心を温める取り組みをしていこうと、３つのプロジェクトを進めています。
① 製品につかわれている素材をつかって、健やかな睡眠のための枕を全国の老人ホームに
お送りしました。すべてはボランティアの皆様のご協力で、生地の端や未使用部分を１つ１つ手作りで愛をこめて枕にして、寄贈させていただきました。お休みのときの枕として、日常の生活の中で
ほっとしたいときに抱きしめられる抱き枕として、日々の心が温かくなるような取り組みです。
② 50代日本人女性たちの半生をつづった本「AS I BECOME（私らしく生きる）」を2026年5月9日に米国で発売させていただくことになりました。世界中の女性たちに、変化の時期を乗り越えるための心のオアシスであり、ひらめき・気づきになったらと思っています。
③ そして、今回のサミットです。
3回目を迎えるWOMEN'S SUMMIT W50+は、第１回目が300名、第2回目が500名、今年はさらに大きな会場で開催され、多くの方の参加が予想されています。
3つの心温まるプロジェクトで、日本の50代女性がもっと元気に、もっと自分らしく生きてほしい。
そんな願いを込めたプロジェクトです。

◇サミットの目的
今の日本は、現状として、社会貢献が可視化しにくいと言えます。そんな中で、50代女性のもつ社会的影響力は、非常に大きくポテンシャルのあるものなので、その多面的なアイデンティティを再確認して、もっとアピールしていきたい
◇サミットで語りたいこと
1） 50代女性のもつ理想と現実のギャップをみつけて、それを限りなく小さくしていくことで、理想の自分に近づく。
2） 女性たち同士のコミュニケーションのための、コミュニティづくりの場の創出
3） 自分が自分らしくあるための「学び」と「体験」

50歳以上の日本人女性は、自らの選択によって、日本の未来を形作る強力な力を持っています。日系ブラジル人3世として、私はこれらの女性たちが他に類をみないほど誠実で真摯であることに気づきました。
日本の伝統的な文化は、特に女性の役割を通じて、実に大きな力を社会構造に与えてきました。
若い世代がグローバル化を受け入れる一方、日本は独自文化を維持し、人生100年の国へと
進化しています。
日本の50歳以上の女性たちは、高齢化社会の課題をうまく乗り越え、家庭、キャリア、政治、起業など、様々な分野で重要な役割を果たしています。
さらに、地域社会における相互理解の促進にも大きく貢献しています。
しかしながら、彼女たちは時に、家庭の責任とキャリアへの夢との間で選択を迫られることもあるのが現状です。
だからこそ、彼女たちの経験を共有し、本来彼女たちが持っている強さを認めることができる環境を提供し、解決すべく課題についてオープンに議論できるようにすることが重要です。
私たちの使命は、家族、社会において、特に彼女たちの持つ個性を際立たせることで、自己を実現し、それらを未来の世代に知恵として伝えることです。

Women's Summit W50+ ~ A Chain of Love Initiative

◇What is that W50+ ~ A Chain of Love Initiative
For women in their 50s, the 100-year life era is the halfway point. At that time, you may
realize that there is something about yourself that you haven't noticed yet, or that there is
something you haven't discovered yet. That is a very big treasure for me, so you will find it
and add it to your life.
And to create a community where Japanese women over 50 can openly discuss their experiences, worries, hopes and dreams for the future. We want to contribute to the community ,
not be a pioneer.
This is W50+ A Chain of Love Initiative.
◇ "Connecting Love to Warm Hearts": Our Three Corporate Initiatives
We develop products that improve blood circulation and enhance people's quality of life. Our mission is to warm not only the body, but also the heart. At the heart of Chain of Love are three expressions of care, each one a different way of reaching people and warming the world
around us.
① Then donated to the seniors living thoughout Japan
We hope these pillows will be used not only as pillows for sleeping, but also as comforting body pillows for everyday life. It's a heartwarming initiative that brings joy to people's hearts
every day.
② We are pleased to announce that the book "AS I BECOME," which tells the life stories of Japanese women in their 50s, will be released in the United States on May 9th. we hope it will be an oasis of peace and inspiration for women around the world as they navigate times of change.
③ And the last, this summit will be.
The WOMEN'S SUMMIT W50+, now in its third year, saw 300 participants in its first edition and 500 in its second. This year, it takes the stage at an even larger venue - with over 800 womenexpected to gather.

◇Objectives of the Summit
In today's Japan, it is difficult to make social contributions visible. In this situation, the social influence of women in their 50s is very large and has great potential, so we would like

As a third-generation Japanese-Brazilian, I
have noticed their unparalleled honesty and
sincerity. I believe that traditional Japanese
culture has given women a very significant
role and immense power in society.
While the younger generation embraces globalization, Japan cherishes its unique culture
and is evolving into an era of 100-year
lifespans.
Women in Japan over 50 are successfully navigating the challenges of an aging society,
playing crucial roles in family, their careers, politics, and entrepreneurship.
Furthermore, they make significant contributions to promoting mutual understanding within
their communities.
However, they are sometimes forced to choose between household responsibilities and their
professional aspirations.
That's why it's crucial to share their experiences, provide an environment where their inherent strengths are recognized, and enable open discussion about the challenges they face.
Our mission is to help them realize their potential within their families and communities,
particularly by highlighting their individuality, and to pass on that wisdom to future
generations.
