次世代けん玉「DENDAMA」海外クラウドファンディングで新モデル開発プロジェクトスタート！

アプリと連携しゲームが楽しめる！100台限定で新モデルが50％オフで購入できる早期出資枠も

 

AXELL株式会社(東京都渋谷区、代表：大谷宜央)は、本体にセンサーを内蔵しスマートフォンアプリと連携することで技を認識、ゲームが楽しめる次世代けん玉「DENDAMA(デンダマ)」の新モデル開発プロジェクトを海外クラウドファンディングサイト「Indiegogo」にて12月1日(水)にスタートしました。

新モデル「DENDAMA V3 Lunar Eclipse」

3代目となるモデル「DENDAMA V3 Lunar Eclipse」は月食をテーマにした落ち着いたカラーリングで、各皿をサイズアップ。玉の穴は24mmへ拡大し、初心者でもプレイしやすい形状を目指しました。Bluetoothモジュールもバージョンアップし、より安定した接続が期待できます。

技認識機能を活用し、タイムアタックやバトルなどけん玉技を使った様々なゲームを専用アプリに収録。ゲームの成績に応じてプレイヤーのけん玉レベルを数値化し表示するレーティングシステムを搭載、レーティングによる世界ランキングをリアルタイムで更新します。離れた場所にいるプレイヤーとオンラインで対戦することも可能です。※

 

「けん玉検定(一般社団法人グローバルけん玉ネットワーク提供)」モードではDENDAMAがあればどこにいても公式検定の受検ができ、合格証の申請もアプリから行えます。

※オンライン対戦機能は12月1日現在リニューアルに向け一時停止中です。

Indiegogo プロジェクトでは「DENDAMA V3 Lunar Eclipse」が50％オフで購入できる早期出資枠「スーパーアーリーバード」やDENDAMAアプリをテレビ接続して楽しめる「TV接続パック」など様々なリターンプランをご用意しております。50％オフの「スーパーアーリーバード」は100台限定、28％オフの「アーリーバード」は200台限定となっております。本プロジェクトには日本からの参加も可能です(申込にはクレジットカードが必要です)。目標金額達成後、達成率に応じてオリジナルゲームの開発企画や、オンラインDENDAMA大会の企画などを行うストレッチゴールも用意しております。

【DENDAMAについて】
DENDAMAは2017年に初代モデルを、2018年には形状を改善し一般的なけん玉と同様にプレイ可能となった「Version2.0 Gummy」シリーズをリリースいたしました。専用アプリにはけん玉の技を使った様々なゲームを収録、オンライン対戦では離れた場所にいるプレイヤーとけん玉バトルが可能です(※)。体を動かすけん玉とゲームの要素をかけ合わせた新しいスポーツとしての進化を目指し、2019年にはDENDAMAを使った初の大会「DENDAMA JAPAN CUP」を渋谷にて開催、合計400名近くを動員いたしました。

<Press Release> Next generation sports gadget DENDAMA starts crowdfunding on Indiegogo
 

AXELL Inc. （https://axell.tokyo） is releasing a new model of their product “DENDAMA” (a combination of sports and digital games) on the crowdfunding site Indiegogo from November 30th.

 

DENDAMA is the improved tech version of the traditional Japanese wooden game called “Kendama”, which has gotten more popular lately and is now considered a street sport played by people all over the world. No matter where you are, you can have a healthy and active lifestyle while having fun with DENDAMA.

AXELL released their project crowdfunding for the new model "V3" which includes an upgraded design and functions on Indiegogo.

 

The DENDAMA app includes a variety of games to play solo or in versus mode against players around the world. Whenever you complete a game, your final score will be added to the App World Ranking and updated in real-time.The user can also test their skills by taking the Official Kendama test managed by the Global Kendamas Network with DENDAMA. If you pass the test, you can apply for a passing grade certificate through the app. The test is performed in real time through the gadget movement sensors.

So far we have released two DENDAMA models in Japan, and the number of DENDAMA users has skyrocketed. In 2019, the first DENDAMA Grand Prize Competition by AXELL took place, becoming a big success. The same year, an arcade version of the DENDAMA game was released and a bar for players opened in the heart of Shibuya. In order to expand DENDAMA globally, we are aiming to reach a funding of $10,000 USD to be able to release the new model worldwide. Check out the perks and upgrades in our Indiegogo Campaign.
