～量子水素エネルギーの社会実装と安定的な水素供給体制の構築へ～
株式会社ガスワンホールディングス（本社：埼玉県さいたま市、代表取締役社長：川本武彦、以下「ガスワンホールディングス」）と、株式会社クリーンプラネット（本社：東京都千代田区、代表取締役社長：吉野英樹、以下「クリーンプラネット」）は、このたび、ガスワンホールディングスがクリーンプラネットに対し、第三者割当増資による戦略出資を実施したことをお知らせします。
ガスワンホールディングスは、Gas Oneグループのホールディングカンパニーであり、同グループの基幹企業である株式会社サイサンを中核として、グループ全体でLPガス、都市ガス、電力、一般高圧ガスなど幅広いエネルギー事業を展開し、国内で培った事業基盤を強みに、海外においても積極的に成長戦略を推進しています。Gas Oneグループは本出資を通じて、次世代エネルギー分野への取り組みを強化するとともに、量子水素エネルギーの社会実装に不可欠な安定的な水素供給体制の構築や、同グループが推進するエネルギー供給事業への展開を目指します。これにより、日本発の革新的なエネルギー技術の普及を後押しし、脱炭素社会の実現に貢献してまいります。
クリーンプラネットは、次世代クリーンエネルギーである量子水素エネルギーの社会実装を推進しています。今回の出資により、Gas Oneグループが有する水素をはじめとするエネルギー供給の知見・ネットワークとの連携を深めることで、量子水素エネルギーの社会実装を支える安定的な水素供給体制の構築を推進するとともに、実用化に向けた取り組みを一層加速してまいります。

Gas One Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Gas One Holdings”), headquartered in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture and led by CEO Takehiko Kawamoto, and Clean Planet Inc. (“Clean Planet”), headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo and led by CEO Hideki Yoshino, today announced that Gas One Holdings has made a strategic investment in Clean Planet through a third-party allotment of new shares.
Gas One Holdings is the holding company of the Gas One Group, whose core company is Saisan Co., Ltd. The Group operates a broad range of energy businesses, including LP gas, city gas, electricity, and industrial gases. Building on its strong business foundation in Japan, the Group is also actively pursuing growth opportunities overseas.
Through this investment, the Gas One Group will strengthen its initiatives in next-generation energy while working to establish a stable hydrogen supply infrastructure essential to the commercialization of Quantum Hydrogen Energy (QHe) and exploring opportunities to incorporate QHe into the Group’s energy supply businesses. Through these efforts, the Group aims to support the adoption of this innovative energy technology originating in Japan and contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society.
Clean Planet is advancing the commercialization of Quantum Hydrogen Energy, a next-generation clean energy technology. Through this investment, Clean Planet will deepen its collaboration with the Gas One Group, leveraging the Group’s expertise and network in hydrogen and other forms of energy supply. Together, the companies will work to establish a stable hydrogen supply infrastructure to support the commercialization of QHe and further accelerate efforts toward its practical application.
