「つぐみナースケアステーション」を運営する株式会社鳥人会が、あわーずグループに参画
― 日本PMIパートナーズ運営ファンドの投資先・あわーずによる初のグループ拡大。地域に根差したケアを守り、ともに育てる体制へ ―
日本PMIパートナーズ株式会社（本社：東京都新宿区、代表取締役社長：濵田 仁、以下「当社」）が運営する地域医療活性化ヘルスケアファンド投資事業有限責任組合（以下「当ファンド」）の投資先である株式会社あわーず（本社：東京都新宿区、代表取締役：本多 克行、以下「あわーず」）は、2026年10月14日付で株式会社鳥人会（本社：東京都世田谷区、以下「鳥人会」）の全株式を譲り受けました。鳥人会は東京都世田谷区で訪問看護事業および居宅介護支援事業を営んでおり、本件により鳥人会はあわーずグループに加わることとなります。
本件は、2024年6月の当ファンドによる投資・支援開始以降、あわーずを中心として進めるグループ拡大の第1号案件となります。
■ 鳥人会について
鳥人会は2019年に設立され、東京都世田谷区等々力を拠点に「つぐみナースケアステーション」（訪問看護）および「ケアプランつぐみ」（居宅介護支援）を運営しています。
設立以来、利用者様個々のニーズに寄り添い、幅広い疾患領域の利用者様へケアを提供してまいりました。疾患や医療依存度にかかわらず、ご自宅での療養を望む方の思いに応える対応力は、地域の医療機関やケアマネジャーの皆さまから厚い信頼を獲得しております。
■ あわーずについて
あわーずは2013年9月に設立され、東京都内で訪問看護ステーション3拠点を運営し、自分・家族が受けたいサービスを目指し、利用者様の目線を大切にした訪問看護・リハビリテーション、居宅介護支援を提供しています。
当ファンドによる支援開始以降、各ステーションが利用者様へのケアに専念できる運営基盤の構築、及び採用・新規出店を主軸とした事業成長を推進しております。
■ 本件の背景と目的
あわーずと鳥人会は、一人ひとりの利用者様目線を大切にしたケアを実施し、ケアの質や医療者として重視するべき姿勢の考え方の軸に共通点が多くございます。今回対話を重ねる中で、鳥人会が築いてきた強みや地域の信頼をこれからも大切に守り育てるために、あわーずグループとしてともに歩んでいくことに合意いたしました。
鳥人会は、引き続き創業者の丹羽 奈都氏が取締役兼管理者として事業所運営を担い、現在の事業所名称・スタッフ体制でこれまで同様の訪問サービスを提供してまいります。利用者様、ご家族様および関係機関の皆さまへのサービス内容に変更はございません。

Chojinkai, Operator of Tsugumi Nurse Care Station, Joins the Ours Group

(Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Katsuyuki Honda; “Ours”), a portfolio company of the Regional Healthcare Revitalization Fund Investment Limited Partnership (the “NPMI Fund”) operated by Nihon PMI Partners Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Satoshi Hamada; “NPMI”), acquired all shares of Chojinkai Co., Ltd. (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; “Chojinkai”) on October 14, 2026. Chojinkai, which provides home-visit nursing and care management in Setagaya-ku, joins the Ours Group in Ours’ first group expansion since the NPMI Fund invested in June 2024.

Founded in 2019 in Todoroki, Setagaya-ku, Chojinkai operates Tsugumi Nurse Care Station (home-visit nursing) and Care Plan Tsugumi (in-home care support). By serving clients across a wide range of conditions and levels of medical dependency who wish to receive care at home, it has earned deep trust from local medical institutions and care managers.

Founded in 2013, Ours operates three home-visit nursing stations in Tokyo, providing nursing, rehabilitation, and in-home care support that put the client’s perspective first. With NPMI’s support, it has built an operational foundation that lets each station focus on care, while growing through recruitment and new station openings.
■ Background of the Transaction
The two companies share a client-centered approach and common values on quality of care. Through ongoing dialogue, they agreed to join forces as the Ours Group to protect and grow the strengths and community trust Chojinkai has built. Founder Natsu Niwa will continue to lead Chojinkai as Director and Station Manager, with its business names and staffing unchanged. Services to clients, families, and partner organizations will continue as before.
