株式会社TKF Project（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長：山下 健晴）は、海外大学に正規留学している日本人学生向け就活イベントをアップデートし、2026年8月に東京ビッグサイトにて「TKF Global Talent Expo 2026」を開催することを決定しました（旧：ウルプネカ Global in Tokyo Summer）。

本イベントは、2024年ボストン、2025年東京で開催した「ウルプネカ Global」シリーズの実績を踏まえ、イベント名称を一新し、学生申込者数2,000名規模・参加企業約100社規模の「内定直結型・海外大生向け最大級就活イベント」として実施予定です。

TKF Globalとは、国内最大級の就活支援サービス「TKF School」の海外大生向けサービスであり、「就活が終わった先輩が、後輩の就活を支援する」ピアサポート型の就活支援プラットフォームです。全て協賛企業の協賛金で運営されるため、学生は完全無料で利用することができます。

2025年度の実績と2026年度の狙い

2025年8月に東京で開催した前身イベント「ウルプネカ Global in Tokyo Summer 2025」では、

• 北米・欧州・豪州・アジアなどの海外大学に通う正規留学生 約1,000名

• 大手デベロッパー、大手総合商社、官公庁、外資系コンサルティングファーム、外資系金融など 豪華51社

特待生制度・奨学金について

(Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Takeharu Yamashita) is pleased to announce that it has renewed its job-hunting event for Japanese students enrolled as full-time students at overseas universities and will host “TKF Global Talent Expo 2026” in August 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight (formerly “Urupuneka Global in Tokyo Summer”).

Building on the track record of “Urupuneka Global” held in Boston in November 2024 and “Urupuneka Global in Tokyo Summer” held in Tokyo in August 2025, the 2026 edition will be rebranded and expanded into one of the largest offer-oriented job-hunting events for overseas university students in Japan, targeting approximately 2,000 student applicants and around 100 participating companies.

TKF Global is the overseas-university-focused service of “TKF School”, one of Japan’s largest career support platforms. It is a peer-support-based job-hunting platform where senior students who have already completed their job-hunting process mentor and support junior students. As the entire operation is funded by corporate sponsorships, students can use the service completely free of charge.

Results in FY2025 and Planned Expansion in FY2026

At the predecessor event, “Urupuneka Global in Tokyo Summer 2025”, held in Tokyo in August 2025,
approximately 1,000 Japanese full-time students enrolled at overseas universities across North America, Europe, Australia and Asia took part, along with 51 leading companies, including leading real estate developers, leading trading companies, public sector, international consulting firms and international financial firms.

Leveraging this track record and know-how, the 2026 edition will expand the scale to around 100 participating companies, while further aligning with the job-hunting timelines and lifestyles of overseas university students to become a more practice-oriented and offer-oriented event.

 For 2026, we plan to further broaden industry and role coverage and host the event with around 100 participating companies.

• One-on-one interviews and consultation sessions (selection processes) conducted by each company

“TKF Global Talent Expo 2026” is designed to function as a single, continuous pathway that connects
 early-stage awareness and interest-building among lower-year students with full-scale job-hunting and final offer acquisition.
 The event is structured to serve as a career development hub covering the entire journey from the early stages of study abroad through to the completion of job-hunting.

Scholarship Program

Following FY2025, TKF will further expand its scholarship program that supports travel expenses for students returning to Japan to attend the event.
For FY2026, we plan to provide approximately three times the total scholarship amount compared to FY2025, thereby creating opportunities for talented students who may have previously found it difficult to join job-hunting events in Japan for financial reasons.
