株式会社ロクブンノニ（代表 : 新井進悟) がLINE NEXT Inc.とMOUを締結し、「DOSI」における技術支援、ビジネスコンサルティング、およびNFTに関連する新しいビジネスモデルの探求を行っていくことを発表します。

米国に本拠を置くLINE NEXT Inc.と日本に拠点を置く株式会社ロクブンノニが、NFTセクター内での協力と機会探求のための覚書（MOU）を締結しました。

今回、締結したMOUに基づき、両社は以下の取り組みを行います：

・LINE NEXTが展開するグローバルNFTプラットフォーム「DOSI」の利用促進と奨励
・「DOSI」を使用した新しいNFTサービスの開発に関連する協力および/または共同開発の可能性について議論
・NFTビジネスの促進のための協力モデルの設立の可能性を探る。

今回のMOUでは、LINE NEXT Inc.と株式会社ロクブンノニが、「DOSI」における技術支援、ビジネスコンサルティング、およびNFTに関連する新しいビジネスモデルの探求に取り組む意欲を示すものとし、具体的には両社は、下記に対応いたします。

Rokubunnoni Inc. and LINE NEXT Inc. Sign MOU to Explore Cooperation Opportunities in NFT Business

Japan-based Rokubunnoni Inc. and US-based LINE NEXT Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate and explore opportunities within the NFT sector.

Under the MOU, the two companies will undertake the following initiatives

• Promote and encourage the use of the global NFT platform DOSI operated by LINE NEXT

• Discussing the possibility of cooperation and/or joint development related to the development of new NFT services using DOSI

• Explore the possibility of establishing a cooperation model for the promotion of NFT business.

The MOU will demonstrate the willingness of LINE NEXT Inc. and Rokubunnoni Inc. to provide technical assistance, business consulting, and explore new business models related to NFT on DOSI, and specifically, both parties will address the following

-Provide technical assistance and business consulting related to DOSI

-Reasonable efforts to explore new business models in the NFT business

-Discussing with partners potential cooperation and/or joint development related to NFT business development
