Transforming Racing Car Aerodynamics with AI-CAE 
RICOS and Toyota Gazoo Racing Development Begin Strategic Validation

RICOS Co. Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yu Ihara) has entered into a outsourcing agreement with Toyota Gazoo Racing Development Co., Ltd. (TGR-D) to validate the application of machine learning to racing car aerodynamic analysis.

RICOS will apply its proprietary AI-CAE technology to support aerodynamic development in motorsport. By enabling high-speed predictions through machine learning, the collaboration aims to address the heavy computational demands of traditional Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and significantly shorten development cycles.
