英国式インターナショナルスクールが開校５周年に際し、生徒定員数を400名へ増加
フェニックスハウスインターナショナルスクール（Phoenix House International School、東京都千代田区、以下Phoenix House）は、2026年8月より、千代田区六番町に新キャンパスを増設することをお知らせいたします。新キャンパスには、最上級学年である6年生（Prep 6）のための専用学習拠点「Upper House」が設けられます。
「Upper House」が入居する新キャンパスは、六番町にあるインスティトゥト・セルバンテス東京内に位置し、400平方メートルを超えるワンフロア全体を占有します。6年生（Prep 6）専用教室とコモンエリアの増床に加え、同施設内の160席の講堂も活用できるようになります。これにより、リサイタルやディベート、講演会、保護者向けの国際教育論壇、教員のプロフェッショナル・ディベロップメントなど、多種多様なプログラムの展開が予定されています。
新設される「Upper House」は、Prep 6の児童が学びの節目となる大切な時期を過ごす場として、丁寧に設計されています。学校で最も年長となる児童たちは、この専用環境の中で、より高い自立心、リーダーシップ、学習への集中力を養い、シニアスクール（中学・高校）進学に向けた準備を整えることができます。
なお、従来の四番町キャンパスと新設される六番町キャンパスは、同じ「番町学園通り」沿いに所在し、徒歩5分圏内に位置します。2つの拠点にまたがりながらも、文字通り一本の道で繋がれているため、Phoenix Houseはひとつのつながりある学校コミュニティとして発展を続けていきます。今後は、近隣の教育機関等とも交流を深め、さらに活発な地域連携を図る予定です。
Phoenix Houseは、2021年8月に駐日英国大使ジュリア・ロングボトム氏によって開校されて以来、東京中心部において特色ある英国式プレップスクール（私立小学校）として着実に歩みを進め、多くの在校生と保護者の信頼を得てきました。卒業生は、同じ教育グループ（CEA Group) の係属校であるラグビースクールジャパン(Rugby School Japan、千葉県柏市の英国式デイ＆ボーディングスクール）をはじめ、国内外の名門中学・高校へと羽ばたいています。
開校時の144名から毎年生徒数が増加し続け、現在では2倍以上の5歳から11歳の約300名の生徒が学んでいます。学校を特徴づける価値観、温かなケア、そして強いコミュニティの精神を大切にしながら有機的に成長を続ける中、この度の新たな展開は、最上級学年の生徒たちの学びをさらに充実させるものです。同時に、学校全体の定員数を400名規模へと拡大し、Phoenix Houseの今後の持続的な成長を支える重要な基盤となります。

Phoenix House International School to Launch New Campus
Phoenix House International School is delighted to announce an exciting new development from August 2026: the launch of the Phoenix House Rokubancho Campus. This new site will be home to the "Upper House" a dedicated learning centre for Prep 6 pupils, the school’s most senior year group.
Located on the 3rd floor of Instituto Cervantes Tokyo in Rokubancho, the Upper House will occupy an entire floor spanning over 400 square metres. The space will be renovated this summer and will provide a calm, purposeful setting for learning, alongside access to additional facilities, including a 160-seat auditorium. The current Yonbancho Campus and the new Rokubancho Campus are located on the same street, just a short walk from one another, allowing Phoenix House to remain one closely connected school community across both sites.
Founded in August 2021, Phoenix House has quickly established itself as a distinctive British prep school in central Tokyo. With more than 300 pupils, the school continues to grow while remaining committed to the values, care, and sense of community that define the Phoenix House experience. This new development will not only enhance the experience of its oldest pupils but also increase the school’s overall capacity to over 400 pupils, supporting Phoenix House’s continued growth in the years ahead.
The new Upper House has been thoughtfully designed to support Prep 6 pupils at an important stage in their journey.
