2023年4月1日付けにて組織改正および人事異動を行ないますのでお知らせいたします。

１．組織改正の目的
カーボンニュートラル社会の実現に向け、世界のエネルギーバランスが急速に変化している中、世の中の潮流と将来像を確りと見据えて、現在の中期経営計画（2021～2025年度）の達成と次期中期経営計画に向けた基盤強化と最適な事業ポートフォリオ構築を目指す。そのために、経営環境の変化に対応して、社内リソースを既存の事業領域に捉われることなく全社最適で機動的に配置・活用し、TOYOグループ全体の社会価値の向上を実現する。

２．組織改正の基本方針
・事業本部制を解消し、現行のプラントソリューション事業本部、環境・インフラ事業本部を統合した上で、営業機能とプロポーザル・プロジェクト機能に整理。
・経営審議会議傘下の付属委員会として事業ポートフォリオ委員会を設置し、全社的観点から部門横断的に事業領域・案件・リソース配分の調整を図る。

We are pleased to inform you that we will implement organizational reforms and personnel transfers as of April 1, 2023.

1. Purpose of Organizational Reform
With the world's energy balance rapidly changing toward the realization of a carbon neutral society, we aim to achieve the current medium-term management plan (2021-2025) and strengthen the foundation for the next medium-term management plan and build an optimum business portfolio with an eye on the world's current trends and future vision.

To this end, in response to changes in the business environment, Toyo will strive to improve the social value of the entire Toyo Group by allocating and utilizing internal resources flexibly and optimally throughout the entire company without being constrained by existing business domains.

2. Basic Policies for Organizational Reform
i) Withdrawal of the business group structure, integration of the current Plant Solution Business Unit and the Environment and Infrastructure business Unit, and reorganization into sales functions and proposal and project functions.

ii) The Business Portfolio Committee will be established as an auxiliary committee under the Executive Committee to coordinate the allocation of business domains, projects, and resources across divisions from a company-wide perspective.
