CEA Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Green as Senior Adviser, effective 1 November 2026. Peter brings a wealth of experience in British and international education, together with a longstanding relationship with the Group and its schools in Japan.

Peter has held senior leadership positions at some of Britain's leading independent schools. He served as Second Master of Ampleforth College and Headmaster of Ardingly College before becoming Head Master of Rugby School in 2014. He was subsequently appointed Executive Head Master of Rugby School Group in 2020, overseeing its development in the UK and internationally, including Thailand and Japan. Most recently, he served as Principal of Gordonstoun in Scotland from 2024 until the summer of 2026.

Peter was also one of the founding members of Rugby School Japan, which opened in September 2023. His contribution to the establishment of the school was formally recognised on RSJ's Founders' Plaque, unveiled in September 2026.

In his new advisory role, Peter will support the development of CEA Group's planned Enrichment Campus in Niseko, Hokkaido, as well as other educational enrichment initiatives across the Group. He will also contribute to the Group's wider educational vision and strategy, drawing on his experience in school leadership, international education and learning beyond the classroom.

Fei-Fei Hu, Co-Founder and President of CEA Group and Rugby School Japan, commented:

"Peter has been part of our journey from the very beginning of Rugby School Japan. Together, we have brought an ambitious educational vision to life, and I am delighted that we will continue working together as we explore new possibilities in education, particularly beyond the classroom. Peter's experience, wisdom and friendship mean a great deal to me and to our Group."

Peter Green commented:

"I am delighted to be joining the CEA Group as an advisor and I look forward, once again, to working with the fabulous CEA team to help shape the Group's distinctive and inspirational vision."
