CAST、インドネシアの国家研究イノベーション庁（BRIN）と戦略的パートナーシップに関するMoUを締結

株式会社CASTは2026年4月15日、インドネシアのBRIN（Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional ／国家研究イノベーション庁）傘下のエネルギー・製造研究組織 Research Organization for Energy and Manufacture of National Research and Innovation Agency of the Republic of Indonesia（以下、BRIN）とMoUを締結したことをお知らせします。

今回のMoU締結により、インドネシアにおいてCAST製品「ULTRACK®」を活用した配管減肉モニタリングシステムのインドネシア国内の工場・プラントにおける実証プロジェクト（PoC）の実施し、工場・プラントのスマート保全点検ソリューションのASEAN諸国への展開を目指しています。

CASTはこれまで、日本国内だけでなく海外へのULTRACK®の市場展開を目指してまいりました。2024年1月、マレーシアのサイバージャヤにある「Center of Garage Malaysia」に海外拠点を構えたのち、2025年8月には当社のマレーシア・インドネシア共和国/産業保全 DX に資する配管減肉監視技術展開調査事業が、経済産業省の令和6年度補正グローバルサウス未来志向型共創等事業費補助金（小規模型・FS事業）に採択されました。

今回のMoUは当事業の枠組み内での締結となります。BRINとの連携を加速させ、インドネシアの工場・プラントに対して協働でPoCを実施してまいります。

CAST Signs MoU on Strategic Partnership with the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) of Indonesia

CAST Inc. is pleased to announce that on April 15, 2026, it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Research Organization for Energy and Manufacture under the National Research and Innovation Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BRIN).

Through this partnership, CAST will conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for its pipe thinning monitoring system, powered by the proprietary product "ULTRACK®," in industrial plants and factories across Indonesia. This initiative aims to accelerate the deployment of smart maintenance and inspection solutions throughout the ASEAN region.

Ongoing On-site Inspections in Indonesia 

CAST has been actively expanding its market reach for ULTRACK® beyond Japan. Following the establishment of an overseas base at the "Center of Garage Malaysia" in Cyberjaya in January 2024, CAST’s project—"Feasibility Study on the Deployment of Pipe Thinning Monitoring Technology for Industrial Maintenance DX in Malaysia and Indonesia"—was selected for the "Global South Future-Oriented Co-creation Project" (Small-scale/FS project) subsidy by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan in August 2025.

This MoU is a key milestone within the framework of this project. By accelerating collaboration with BRIN, CAST will conduct joint PoC trials at local industrial facilities to address the growing demand for maintenance DX in Indonesia.
