MetaTrader 4/5（MQL言語）を用いた金融取引アルゴリズムの開発を行うAI MQL合同会社（本社：東京都、代表社員：上村十勝、以下「AI MQL」）は、次世代のアルゴリズム取引監査規格「VeritasChain Protocol（以下、VCP）」の普及・実装を行うVeritasChain株式会社（本社：東京都渋谷区、代表取締役：上村十勝、以下「VeritasChain」）に対し、当社の全事業および技術資産を統合することで合意いたしました。

本統合により、AI MQLは単体のEA（自動売買プログラム）ベンダーとしての活動を終了し、今後はVeritasChainグループにおける「リテール実装技術の研究開発（R&D）」および「マーケット・インテリジェンス」の中核を担う組織として再編されます。

■ 統合の背景：EA開発の限界と「監査」の必要性

AI MQLは創業以来、「YenPulse」や「Aegis MQL」といった独自の取引アルゴリズムやリスク管理システムの開発に従事してまいりました。その過程で私たちは、市場の不可逆的な変動、ブラックボックス化したブローカーの約定プロセス、そして「結果（損益）」のみに一喜一憂せざるを得ないトレーダーの脆弱な立場を、痛みを伴う経験として深く認識しました。

この教訓から、私たちは「利益を出すためのアルゴリズム」から「取引の正当性を証明するためのアルゴリズム」へと開発の舵を切りました。この理念が、取引ログの暗号学的監査標準である「VCP（VeritasChain Protocol）」の構想と合致し、今回の統合に至りました。

■ 今後の役割：VeritasChainにおける「Silver Tier」の実装

統合後、AI MQLの技術チームは、VeritasChain Standards Organization（VSO）が策定するVCP規格のうち、個人投資家およびリテール市場向けの実装クラスである「Silver Tier」（リテール向けVCP実装ガイドライン）および「vcp-mql-bridge」（MT4/MT5連携用のブリッジモジュール）の開発を主導します。

これにより、世界中のMT4/MT5ユーザーやプロップファームに対し、サーバー権限を持たずとも、ブロックチェーン技術を用いて取引の改ざん不可能性（Immutability）を証明できる環境を提供してまいります。

AI MQL LLC, a developer of financial trading algorithms using MetaTrader 4/5 (MQL language) (Headquarters: Tokyo; Representative Member: Tokachi Kamimura; hereinafter "AI MQL"), has agreed to integrate all its business and technical assets into VeritasChain Inc. Through this integration, AI MQL will conclude its operations as a standalone Expert Advisor (EA) vendor. It will be reorganized as the core organization within the VeritasChain Group responsible for "R&D of Retail Implementation Technologies" and "Market Intelligence."

■ Background of Integration: The Limits of EA Development and the Necessity of "Audit"

Since its founding, AI MQL has engaged in the development of proprietary trading algorithms and risk management systems such as "YenPulse" and "Aegis MQL." In this process, we deeply recognized—through painful experience—the irreversible fluctuations of the market, the black-boxed execution processes of brokers, and the vulnerable position of traders who are forced to react solely to "results (profit and loss)."

Learning from this lesson, we steered our development focus from "algorithms for generating profit" to "algorithms for proving the legitimacy of transactions." This philosophy aligns with the vision of the "VeritasChain Protocol (VCP)," a cryptographic audit standard for trading logs, leading to this integration.

■ Future Role: Implementation of "Silver Tier" in VeritasChain

Post-integration, the AI MQL technical team will lead the development of the "Silver Tier" (VCP implementation guidelines for retail) and the "vcp-mql-bridge" (bridge module for MT4/MT5 integration), which are implementation classes for individual investors and the retail market within the VCP standards formulated by the VeritasChain Standards Organization (VSO).

Through this, we will provide an environment where MT4/MT5 users and prop firms worldwide can prove the immutability of their transactions using blockchain technology, even without server-side administrative privileges.
