ジェトロが設置するJapanパビリオン（全35社）の1社として、2年連続でCESに出展し、組織の暗黙知を可視化するAIヒアリングを世界のエンタープライズに向けて紹介します。

背景

現場の課題、顧客の声、ベテランの経験といった組織の知見を集める「ヒアリング」は、多くの組織にとって欠かせない業務です。一方で、日程調整に追われ、一度に聞けるのは10〜20人、直列で進めれば数週間かかります。Kikuviは、AIが自律的にヒアリングを設計・実施し、数百〜数千人規模の声を短期間で集め、意思決定に使えるインサイトへと変えるAIヒアリングエージェントです。

Kikuviは2026年5月にPlug and Play Silicon Valley May Summit 2026へ出展するなど、米国市場への展開を進めてきました。CES 2027では、北米を中心とした海外のエンタープライズ企業・協業パートナーとの接点を広げ、グローバル展開を加速します。

Kikuvi, an AI Interview Agent, to Exhibit at the Japan Pavilion at CES® 2027

Kikuvi Inc. (Headquarters: Kamakura, Kanagawa, Japan; Founder CEO: Kento Sato; "Kikuvi") will exhibit at the Japan Pavilion organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) at CES 2027, held January 6-9, 2027 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Following CES 2026, this marks Kikuvi's second consecutive year at CES.

Background

Interviews that gather insights from the front line, customers, and experienced employees are essential to every organization. Yet scheduling limits most teams to 10 to 20 people at a time, and running interviews one by one can take weeks. Kikuvi's AI autonomously designs and conducts interviews, gathers input from hundreds to thousands of people in a short time, and turns it into insights for decision-making.
