海賊版アプリ対策についてのお知らせ

2025年、株式会社アイビス（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長：神谷 栄治、以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が知的財産権を有するアプリケーションソフトウェア「ibisPaint®」に関して、これを違法に改造・転載する海賊版配布サイトの撲滅を目的とする一連の対応をおこないました（代理人　電羊法律事務所　平野敬弁護士）。その結果として、2025年10月現在、多数の海賊版配布サイトから「ibisPaint」のダウンロードページが削除され、また、これらのサイトは運営を継続することが困難な状態に陥っているものと考えられます。

ご承知のとおり、ソフトウェアの改造や転載は、著作権法を含む各国の知的財産権法により厳しく禁止されています。また、不正に改造・転載されたアプリは、コンピュータウイルス混入等の危険を伴う極めて有害なものです。当社は、「モバイルペイントアプリで世界のコミュニケーションを創造する」との経営理念に基づき、アプリの健全な開発サイクルを維持し、利用者の皆様の利益と安全を守るため、引き続き海賊版配布サイト、サイト運営者及び不正な改造を行う者に対して厳正な処置をとってまいります。
なお、本件による当社の業績への影響は軽微です。

Notice Regarding Measures Against Pirated Applications

In 2025, ibis inc. took a series of actions aimed at eliminating piracy websites that illegally modify and redistribute our proprietary application software “ibisPaint ®”(the "Application") (Legal representative: Attorney Takashi Hirano, Denyo Law Office). As a result, as of October 2025, download pages for the Applications have been removed from numerous piracy websites, and we believe that many of these sites are now facing significant difficulties in continuing their operations.

 

As you may be aware, the modification and redistribution of software are strictly prohibited under intellectual property laws, including copyright laws, in many countries. Furthermore, illegally modified or redistributed applications pose serious risks, such as the potential inclusion of computer viruses, making them extremely harmful.

 

In line with our corporate philosophy—“Our mobile painting app will create communication around the world.”—we remain committed to maintaining a healthy development cycle for the Applications and protecting the interests and safety of our users. Accordingly, we will continue to take firm action against piracy websites, their operators, and individuals involved in unauthorized modifications.

 

Please note that the impact of this matter on our business performance is minimal.
