～JC-STAR認証取得の高信頼・低騒音蓄電池システムを採用し開発を加速～

株式会社サンヴィレッジ（本社：栃木県足利市、代表取締役 三村 挑嗣、以下「当社」）は、2026年4月23日に実施した記者発表において、株式会社ダイヘン（本社：大阪府大阪市、代表取締役社長 蓑毛 正一郎、以下「ダイヘン」）と系統用蓄電所事業における協業を推進することを発表いたしました。本協業により、当社はダイヘンが開発した系統用蓄電所向け蓄電池パッケージを採用し、高圧接続の蓄電所を中心に、総容量2.4GWh規模の開発を進めてまいります。

【特徴および開発計画】

本取り組みにおいて採用するダイヘンの蓄電池パッケージは、パワーコンディショナー、蓄電池、変圧器、連系設備およびエネルギーマネジメントシステム（EMS）を含む主要機器を自社開発した国産製品であり、「JC-STAR★1」認証※1を取得しています。同認証は、サイバーセキュリティおよび運用面の信頼性を評価する制度であり、2027年4月以降は系統連系の要件となる予定です。本システムの採用により、将来的な制度対応を見据えた高い信頼性と継続性を確保します。さらに、本蓄電池システムは低騒音性能を最大の特長としており、周辺環境への影響を最小限に抑えた運用が可能であるとともに、コンパクト設計による搬入・設置の容易性も兼ね備えており、これにより防音対策コストの低減だけでなく、住宅地近接エリアを含む蓄電所候補地の拡大に寄与し、開発の加速を実現します。

本スキームに基づき、2025年度は高圧接続蓄電池システム（2MW×8MWh）を6案件開発予定であり、2026年度には70案件超の開発を計画しています。

【当社の取り組みと今後の展望】

当社は、2012年の創業以来、「地域との調和と協調」を大切にし、「安全・安心な発電所の実現」というポリシーのもと、北関東を中心に太陽光発電所の開発・建設を進めてまいりました。再生可能エネルギーをより広く普及させるためには、電力系統の安定運用を確保する「調整力」としての蓄電池の導入が、極めて重要な課題とされています。当社は、北関東にとどまらず、全国各地において系統用蓄電所の開発・建設を推進しており、今後250か所・合計出力500MWの達成を目標に掲げています。これにより、再生可能エネルギーのさらなる普及と脱炭素社会の実現に貢献してまいります。

Sun Village Partners with DAIHEN for Grid-Scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Business

〜 Accelerating Development with JC-STAR Certified, High-Reliability, Low-Noise Battery Energy Storage System 〜

Sun Village Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture; Representative Director: Choji Mimura; hereinafter “the Company”) announced at a press conference held on April 23, 2026, that it will advance a collaboration with DAIHEN Corporation (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Shoichiro Minomo; hereinafter “DAIHEN”) in the grid-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) business. Through this partnership, the Company will adopt the grid-scale BESS package developed by DAIHEN and proceed with the development of approximately 2.4 GWh of capacity, centered on high-voltage grid-connected storage facilities.

【Features and Development Plan】

The DAIHEN battery package adopted in this initiative is a domestically produced system in which all major components—including the power conditioning system (PCS), battery storage units, transformers, grid interconnection equipment, and energy management system (EMS)—have been developed in-house. The system has obtained “JC-STAR★1” certification*1. This certification evaluates cybersecurity and operational reliability, and is scheduled to become a mandatory requirement for grid interconnection from April 2027 onward. By adopting this system, the Company ensures high reliability and continuity in preparation for future regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the battery system’s most notable feature is its low-noise performance, enabling operation with minimal impact on the surrounding environment. Combined with its compact design that facilitates ease of transport and installation, this not only reduces soundproofing costs but also expands the pool of viable BESS site candidates—including areas in proximity to residential zones—thereby accelerating development.

Under this scheme, the Company plans to develop 6 projects using high-voltage grid-connected battery systems (2 MW × 8 MWh) in FY2025, with plans to develop more than 70 projects in FY2026.

【Company Initiatives and Future Outlook】

Since its founding in 2012, the Company has placed great importance on “harmony and cooperation with local communities,” and has pursued the development and construction of solar power plants—primarily in the North Kanto region—under the policy of “realizing safe and reliable power generation facilities.” In order to achieve wider adoption of renewable energy, the introduction of battery storage as a “balancing resource” to ensure the stable operation of the power grid is recognized as a critically important challenge. The Company is actively promoting the development and construction of grid-scale BESS facilities not only in North Kanto but throughout Japan, with a target of reaching 250 sites and a combined output of 500 MW. Through these efforts, the Company will contribute to the further spread of renewable energy and the realization of a decarbonized society.
