サグリ、経済産業省「アフリカ市場活力取り込み事業実施可能性調査事業」に採択！

ケニア共和国において、令和4年度、市場調査・実証を開始。

サグリ株式会社（本社：兵庫県丹波市 代表取締役：坪井俊輔）は、経済産業省が実施するアフリカ市場活力取り込み事業実施可能性調査事業に採択された。サグリは事業展開を図るべくF/S調査を実施する。今年度は、ケニア共和国より取組みを実施する。アフリカは創業する起点となった地である。（日英同時リリース）

• 「アフリカ市場活力取り込み事業実施可能性調査事業」とは/About the "Feasibility Study on Project for Capturing the Dynamism of African Markets"

（日）「アフリカ市場活力取り込み事業実施可能性調査事業」は、アフリカにチャレンジする日系企業の裾野を広げ、日本とアフリカの民間連携を拡大し、日本企業のアフリカ進出およびビジネス展開進展を促進することを目的とし、経済産業省が実施する事業です。当事業を通じて、日本企業がアフリカ企業、第三国企業および日本企業同士で連携する等の方法を活用しつつ、デジタル等イノベーティブな手段による社会課題解決を通じて、当地の持続可能な成長に取組む事業の創出を支援します。当事業を行う背景・目的として、アフリカは人口増による高い潜在力を抱えるフロンティアですが、日本企業進出の現状を見ると、さらなる市場開拓余地は大きく、日本企業による新興国市場の開拓において、中長期的な戦略や各国・地域の成長度合いを考えると、既に日本企業の進出が相当程度進んでいるASEAN主要国の次の新興国市場である、アフリカ諸国にも目を向け、開拓の足がかりを作っていく必要があります。また、アフリカへの市場進出を拡大させるには、現地のニーズを的確に捉え、社会課題解決を通じたビジネス展開するための環境を整えることが重要です。このため、日本企業がアフリカ企業、第3国企業及び日本企業同士で連携する等の方法を活用しつつ、デジタル等イノベーティブな手段による社会課題解決を通じて、当地の持続可能な成長に取組む事業の創出を支援することで、アフリカにチャレンジする日系企業の裾野を広げ、日本・アフリカの民間連携を拡大し、日本企業のアフリカ進出及びビジネス展開進展を促進します。

• サグリ創業のきっかけであるアフリカ/Africa is the key for founding Sagri

（日）弊社代表の坪井は、2016年ルワンダに赴き、1ヶ月に渡り、教育活動を行う中で、現地の子どもが各々夢を持ちつつも、卒業後、家計を支えるために農業現場で働くことを知りました。この状況を打破するため、衛星データを使うことで、世界中の1筆ごとの農地で起きている状況を可視化することができ、農地状況ごとに最適な指導をできることによって、農家の所得向上につながり、農業世帯の家庭環境も改善されると考え、サグリを創業しました。将来的に、次世代の農業世帯の子どもが農業を一つの選択肢として捉え、自分の夢へ挑戦できる環境づくりを目指しています。本事業を通じて、創業のきっかけとなったアフリカにおいて事業展開を開始します。

（英）Our CEO, Shunsuke Tsuboi, went to Rwanda in 2016 to conduct educational activities for a month, and learned that local children have their own dreams, but after graduation, they work in the agricultural field to support their families. We have been commercializing this project with the aim of improving the income of low-income farmers in order to create an environment where the children of the next generation of farming households can challenge their own dreams without being forced to engage in farming in the future. • サグリがアフリカにおいて目指す姿/Sagri Goal in Africa

（日）アフリカ農村部の大部分の農家は、低所得の状態から抜け出せない状況が続いている。
【アフリカ農家で想定される課題】
①適切な栽培指導を得られる環境が整っていない。
②農業資材や農機を利活用するための資金調達手段が確保できない。
③マーケットや仲卸業者による農作物の買取額が低く、安定的ではない。
以下の手法を通じて、課題の解決を図ります。
【解決方法】
衛星データには、無償で提供されているものが存在しています。サグリは、無償の衛星データを取得し、解析を実施し、営農情報をタブレット・スマホ等のアプリケーションで配信することで、農家一人ひとりの圃場に対して活用可能な状況を実現します。特に衛星データによる農地自動区画化及び土壌簡易分析は当社のコア技術として検証を行います。アフリカ農家の収入増加を実現するため、以下の3点の項目においてF/S調査致します。
①衛星データから得られる情報より農家の信用情報を形成、マイクロファイナンスの促進。
②農地データを可視化し、データ駆動型農業の導入による単位面積あたりの安定かつ高収益化。
③適切な栽培指導を軸に、肥料削減などを実施。農地を軸にしたカーボンオフセットによる脱炭素化の普及。
（英）We recognize that most farmers in rural Africa are unable to escape from their low income situation due to the following factors.
Issues for African farmers
(1) Lack of environment to obtain appropriate cultivation guidance.
(2) Inability to secure financing for agricultural materials and machinery.
(3) The purchase price of agricultural products by markets and wholesalers is low and unstable.

Therefore, the following methods will be used to resolve the issues.
Solution Methods
Satellite data is available free of charge. Sagri acquires free satellite data, analyzes it, and distributes it via tablet and smartphone and other applications, making it available to each farmer's field. This will realize the following three points and increase the income of African farmers.
(1) Formation of credit information of farmers based on information obtained from satellite data, and microfinance means through the application.
(2) Visualization of farmland data will show the maximum use value of farmland, and in addition, the introduction of smart agriculture will create added value and realize stable and high income per unit area.
(3) Improvement of farming operations centered on appropriate cultivation guidance is realized. Extra income through carbon offsets centered on farmland will also be made possible.
