株式会社グッドヒルズ（代表取締役：亀田勇人、以下「グッドヒルズ」）は、事業拡張と戦略的パートナー連携の強化を目的として、本社を東京都港区六本木6-10-1 六本木ヒルズ森タワーへ移転したことをお知らせいたします。2025年は、グッドヒルズ・グループにとって節目の年です。Good Hills Corporation ( Global ) は創立25周年を迎え、日本法人の株式会社グッドヒルズ（Japan KK）は2014年の設立以来12年目に入りました。 この節目を機に、今後さらにAI・実物経済・都市の融合を加速してまいります。

六本木ヒルズ森タワーへ、グッドヒルズ・グループ本社移転

■ 本社移転の背景

都市におけるAIの役割は「理論」から「実装」へ移行しています。 耐震、防災、不動産評価、税務・登記、都市開発など、人の意思決定と社会インフラに直接影響する領域でAIを現場レベルに落とし込む力が求められています。六本木ヒルズ森タワーは、

Good Hills Group Announces Headquarters Relocation

— Celebrating 25 Years Globally and 12 Years in Japan. Accelerating Next-Generation Urban AI Implementation from Roppongi Hills Mori Tower —

Good Hills Corporation (CEO: Hayato Kameta / hereafter “Good Hills”) is pleased to announce that it has relocated its headquarters to Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, 6-10-1 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
The relocation is part of our continued expansion and the strengthening of strategic partnerships in Japan and abroad.

The year 2025 marks a major milestone for the Good Hills Group:
Good Hills Corporation (Global) celebrates its 25th anniversary, while GoodHills Japan KK enters its 12th year since its establishment in 2014.
Leveraging this turning point, we will further accelerate the convergence of AI, real-world assets, and urban systems.

■ Background of the Relocation

The role of AI in cities has shifted from theory to real-world implementation.

earthquake resilience and disaster prevention,

tax and legal registration,

and urban development,

there is a growing demand for AI that can operate on-site, integrated with human decision-making and social infrastructure.
