スタートアップとLINEヤフーグループをつなぐ『ZVC Connect Vol.7』開催レポート

バーティカルAIをテーマに、「トキハナ」「TERASS」「Linc」「クレイ・テクノロジーズ」の4社がピッチに登壇

Z Venture Capital（以下、ZVC）は、2026年9月、スタートアップとLINEヤフーグループの連携・共創の起点となるピッチイベント「ZVC Connect Vol.7 」をオンラインで開催しました。

今回のテーマは「バーティカルAI」。特定の業界・業務に深く入り込んだAIプロダクトを展開するスタートアップ4社が登壇し、LINEヤフーの各事業部およびグループ各社の役員や事業責任者に向けて、1社8分のピッチを行いました。

 株式会社トキハナ 

LINEで結婚式場が探せるAIエージェントを開発。ユーザーの希望や予算を会話形式でヒアリングし、条件に合った式場の提案・比較、見積もりの確認、見学予約、結婚式準備の相談までを一貫してサポート

 株式会社TERASS 

AIネイティブな不動産仲介プラットフォームを運営。不動産売買・投資・仲介に関するAIプロダクトを多数開発

 株式会社Linc 

外国人材の採用活動に特化したAI採用・人材管理プラットフォーム。分散しがちな求人管理、複数エージェントとのやり取り、選考進捗の状況を一元管理、また入社後の労務管理や在留資格申請まで、採用から定着までのプロセスをシームレスにサポート

 クレイ・テクノロジーズ株式会社 

消費者インタビューのAIエージェント。目的・ガイド設計からパネルリクルーティング、インタビューの実施、インサイトの整理・資料作成までを48時間で完結

これまで7回開催してきたZVC Connectを通じて、実際にLINEヤフーグループとの協業やZVCからの出資につながったケースも生まれていて、今後もテーマを変えて継続的に開催を予定しています。

【English Version】

Z Venture Capital (“ZVC”) hosted ZVC Connect Vol.7  in September 2026, bringing together startups and the LY Corporation Group to explore potential areas of collaboration.

This edition focused on vertical AI, featuring four startups building AI products for specific industries and workflows. Each company gave an eight-minute pitch to executives and business leaders from LY Corporation’s business divisions and group companies.

ZVC Connect Vol.7 Presenting Startups 

Tokihana

Develops an AI agent that helps couples find wedding venues through LINE. Through conversation, it learns each couple’s preferences and budget, then supports the process from venue recommendations and comparisons to quote reviews, tour bookings, and questions throughout wedding planning.

TERASS

Operates an AI-native real estate brokerage platform and develops AI products across property sales, investment, and brokerage.

Linc

Provides an AI-powered recruiting and talent management platform focused on hiring foreign talent. It brings job postings, recruiting agency communications, and candidate pipelines into one place, while also supporting post-hire HR administration and residence status applications.

Qlay Technologies (Aderra)

Develops an AI agent for consumer interviews that handles the full research process within 48 hours, from setting research objectives and designing interview guides to recruiting participants, conducting interviews, synthesizing insights, and producing reports.

Over the past seven editions, ZVC Connect has led to both collaborations with the LY Corporation Group and investments by ZVC.

We plan to continue hosting ZVC Connect with new themes and formats. Details for future editions will be shared through ZVC’s website and social media channels.Through ZVC Connect, we hope to continue bringing promising startups and the LY Corporation Group together and creating opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
