The original song, "KNT (Kanta Ng Tanga)," is a highly popular Tagalog track produced by VXON member Franz, who also produced this Japanese version.

While the original Tagalog phrase "Kanta Ng Tanga" translates directly to "Song of a Fool" (expressing being blindly in love and foolish), this Japanese edition cleverly uses the acronym "KNT" to spell out "Kimi no Tokubetsu" (Your Special One), tailored specifically for Japanese listeners.
