2025年10月、銀座の新ランドマーク「KUROSAWA × TIFFANYビル」のルーフトップに、会員制ラウンジ GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE（ギンザサファイアラウンジ） がオープンいたします。

銀座の中心に誕生する大人のための特別な空間として、世界を舞台に活躍する人々が集い、文化・芸術・美食を通じて交流を深める場を目指しています。建築は青木淳氏、インテリアは谷山直義氏が手がけ、屋上ガーデンテラスやシガーデッキ、プライベートサロン、メンバーズラウンジなど、銀座の街並みを一望できる上質な空間で、非日常の体験をお楽しみいただけます。

【1年目限定 Open Door Policy】

通常は会員制のGINZA SAPPHIRE ですが、オープン初年度はより多くの方々に体験いただくために “Open Door Policy” を採用いたします。会員でなくてもビジターとしてダイニング・バーのご予約が可能です。ぜひ実際に足をお運びいただき、GINZA SAPPHIREの魅力を体験してください。

【ダイニングとイベント】

レストランではパリの名店「L’Arceste」にて、オープン後わずか5ヶ月でミシュランの星を獲得した佐藤健志をエグゼクティブシェフに迎え、世界各地の料理のエッセンスを取り入れた大胆かつ繊細なフレンチフュージョン料理を提供します。バーではソムリエ監修のワインとカクテルを楽しめます。なお朝食は10時から、ディナーは23時まで（バー営業は木・金は、午前3時までお楽しみいただけます）。

― Introducing an “Open Door Policy” in the First Year: Dining Reservations Available for Visitors ―

In October 2025, the rooftop of the newly built KUROSAWA × TIFFANY Building will welcome the opening of GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE, a members lounge redefining the social landscape of Ginza.

Created as a sophisticated retreat for global citizens, GINZA SAPPHIRE offers a space where culture, gastronomy, and art converge. Designed by acclaimed architect Jun Aoki and interior designer Nao Taniyama, the lounge overlooks the iconic Ginza skyline, providing an extraordinary setting for refined experiences.

【Open Door Policy – First Year Only】

While GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE will operate as a members club, with members-only areas and privileges from the beginning, we invite non-members to book dining reservations in selected areas during its inaugural year. This special "Open Door Policy" initiative allows non-members to book dining and bar reservations as visitors and experience the unique world of SAPPHIRE firsthand. 【Dining & Cultural Experiences】

Ginza Sapphire features both a bar and a fine-dining restaurant, where we are proud to welcome Executive Chef Takeshi Sato, renowned for keeping Michelin star at the Parisian landmark L’Arceste just five months after its opening. Under his direction, guests are invited to savor bold yet exquisitely refined French fusion cuisine, enriched with inspirations drawn from culinary traditions across the globe.

The bar offers an exceptional collection of wines and cocktails, each carefully curated under the supervision of our sommelier. Breakfast is served from 10:00 a.m., with dinner available until 11:00 p.m., while bar service extends into the night—until 3:00 a.m. on Thursdays and Fridays.

GINZA SAPPHIRE will regularly hosts special events that celebrate art, music, and culture, creating moments of inspiration and connection. We invite you to discover a world of sophistication and creativity.
