CMCが60年以上培ってきた製品・技術情報を理解・構造化する力と、R-EdgeのAI・データ・UXをプロダクトへ変える力を融合し、企業が持つ情報資産をAI時代の新たな価値へ変換するデータプラットフォーム事業を共同で推進します。
なお、この業務提携に伴い、弊社代表の府川がCMC Group America(CMC Productions USA）のCCO（Cheif Corporate Officer/最高事業統括責任者）に就任したこともご報告いたします。
また体制強化として、永尾暢之氏をR-EdgeのCSO（Cheif Strategy Officer/最高事業戦略責任者・外部執行役員）に迎え、就任いただくこととなりましたことも合わせてご報告いたします。
