The Hiveが新たにお送りするイベント、Kick Back Sessionでは、会社・業界・役職関係なく自由に今のイノベーション業界の「裏側」についてゆるり議論します。
毎回2名のゲストを「バーテンダー」として迎え、それぞれ3つのキーワードを用意していただきます。セッション当日までお互いのキーワードは秘密。どんな話題が飛び出すのか、ご期待ください！

IT系企業を経て、スタートアップの立ち上げを経験。現在は「GameChanger's Studio」をコンセプトに掲げるイノベーションスタジオEDGEofにて、スタートアップや研究者、クリエイターといったイノベーターエコシステムをつくり、イノベーションを創出するハブとなる活動に従事。企業とスタートアップの協業支援を行う。

小村隆祐 (Ryusuke Komura)

大学卒業後メーカー系IT企業で主にマスコミ業界のアカウント営業、クラウド サービスの立ち上げに従事。米バブソン大学（Babson College F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business）にてMBA留学後、株式会社グロービスで人材育成・ 組織開発コンサルティング部門に参画。大企業の次世代経営者育成やスタートアップの組織開発等を手掛けつつ、起業分野のコンテンツ・教材開発も行う。その後、現職。ボストンに拠点を置くNPO 「Binnovative」立ち上げメンバー。

Each “bartender” will come with 3 key words / themes of their choice but neither bartender will be informed of the other’s keywords/themes until the end of the night. Completely unscripted, let’s get our creative juices flow and allow even the most random conversations to unfold. The key to the next revolutionary idea might be found in the conversations and meetings the night creates!🗣
