'XIFORM' ( https://www.toray-acs.co.jp/en/products/xiform/ ) is a data management system for apparel companies to manage, share and utilise information on tech packs.

Issues in data management

1. Information is divided by the person in charge, causing double entry and/or transcription errors.
2. Past information on the teck packs is not utilised, causing ordering delays and/or increasing lead times.
