1.MOU締結の内容

スタンダードキャピタル株式会社とHuobi Indonesiaは、インドネシア市場でセキュリティトークンサービスを提供するためのMOUを締結しました。両社は密接に協力し、お互いのプロジェクトサポートを促進するための技術を提供し合います。また、インドネシア市場における安心で安全なセキュリティトークンに関連する様々な関連事業の発展を推進させるために、法律に準拠した新しいサービスの構築に向け努力することを約束しました。

2.MOU締結の目的

世界トップクラスの取引高を誇る仮想通貨取引所「Huobi」を運営するHuuobiのインドネシア支社であるHuobi Indonesiaと、両当事者にとって有益な議論のための信頼関係と協力関係を築くことにより、創業当社からの目的である全世界におけるセキュリティトークン取引所のインフラを提供し、架け橋となるビジネス構築を可能にするものとして、この度、MOUを締結するに至りました。

また、スタンダードキャピタル社とHuobi Indonesiaは、最新技術を搭載したセキュリティトークンプラットフォームの導入を検討し、両当事者の協力を通じ効率的なサービスを新たに構築することを目指しています。

3.今後の展開について

スタンダードキャピタル社は、ブロックチェーンを活用した証券のセキュリティトークン化とスマートコントラクトによって証券市場の発行プロセスの安定化と関連コストの削減を目指しています。コストを抑えたセキュリティトークン取引のシステムの導入により、各国における金融のデジタル化への対応を支援していきます。今後はシステム導入のみならず、業務構築のサポートに加え、将来的な法令規制への対応等、市場動向を的確に捉えた包括的な支援を行なっていきます。

1. Details of MOU

Standard Capital Co., Ltd. and Huobi Indonesia have signed an MOU to provide security token services in the Indonesian market. The two companies will work closely together to provide technology to facilitate each other’s project support. In addition, we promised to make efforts to build new services that comply with the law in order to promote the development of various related businesses related to safe and secure security tokens in the Indonesian market.

2. Purpose of MOU

We will provide the infrastructure of security token exchanges around the world, which is the purpose of our founding, by building relationships of trust and cooperation for discussions beneficial to both parties with Huobi Indonesia, and will be a bridge Enable business construction.This time, we have concluded a MOU.

Standard Capital and Huobi Indonesia are also considering the introduction of a security token platform equipped with the latest technology, and aiming to build an efficient service through the cooperation of both parties.

3. Future development

Standard Capital aims to stabilize the securities market issuance process and reduce related costs by using security tokens and smart contracts for securities using blockchain. We will support financial digitization in each country by introducing a security token transaction system that reduces costs.
