  Lead on Modern Slavery & a member of the Modern Slavery Expert Advisory Group (led by Department of Home Affairs)
  Lendlease
  Ro is a legal, property economics and corporate governance professional, with expertise as social sustainability strategist within the real estate sector. Ro is responsible for managing LendLease's global modern slavery risk and reporting, and is part of the supply chain risk team in Lendlease Group.
  Ro was a recent director of TAFE NSW and chairs the Property Council of Australia's Social Sustainability Committee. She is also a member of the Australian Border Force Modern Slavery Expert Advisory Group.

 

• Nicholas McTaggart

  Former Australian Federal Police Agent and former Head of the Australian Government's Asset Confiscation Task Force, Nicholas recently retired from the Australia Federal Police after 38 years to commence his own consultancy business, The Murinbin Group.
  Nicholas has consulted to AUSTRAC, Fiji Revenue and Customs and other public and private sector entities and is on the advisory board of the International Payment and Transaction Monitoring Association.
  In the final years of his police career Nicholas held the position of National Coordinator of the Criminal Asset Confiscation Taskforce responsible for criminal asset confiscation for the Commonwealth of Australia. He was also heavily involved with linking the public and private sectors to enhance disruption of criminal activity in his areas of expertise.

  Laura is the Principal Advisor – Policy & Stakeholder Engagement for the Infrastructure Sustainability Council with a focus on accelerating the delivery of social, cultural, environmental and economic benefits by all infrastructure. 
  For almost fifteen years Laura has worked with communities and businesses across the resources, infrastructure, utilities, finance, and not-for-profit sectors in a range of in-house and consulting roles. 
  She brings a strong technical foundation in social sustainability and stakeholder engagement with a passion for strategy development and impact delivery, working throughout Australia and the UK.

  Choon acts as a consultant in helping fortune 500 clients in understanding the risk based approach to Anti-Money Laundering, and assists in data mapping workshops to operationise the use of MA information through the AML processes.
