株式会社Archis（本社：山口県山口市泉都町、代表取締役：松浦奈津子）は、2025年10月、
安倍昭恵氏とともに台湾を訪問し、台湾の頼清徳総統ならびに蔡英文前総統へ、長期熟成型ヴィンテージ日本酒「夢雀（MUJAKU）」を公式に献酒いたしました。
今回の訪問は、安倍昭恵さんが中心となって実現した文化交流の一環であり、弊社もかねてより地域農業の振興と日本酒文化の発信に取り組んできた立場から参加いたしました。頼総統へ贈呈したのは、夢雀10周年を記念した、特別限定ボトル「MUJAKU TEN -天- 10th Anniversary」、蔡英文前総統に贈呈したのは、ヴィンテージの「2023年夢雀」です。
夢雀のボトルには、昭恵さんの直筆サインと、
「山口県でできた素晴らしいお酒で、日本の心をお感じいただければ嬉しく存じます。――安倍昭恵」
という手書きのメッセージを添えていただき、友情と敬意を込めた一献としてお渡しいたしました。
また、夢雀と一緒に、山口県の萩焼作家・大和保男氏の陶芸作品及び、ブランデーケーキ「yakushiji」を寄贈させていただきました。
■ 「夢雀」に込めた想い
献酒に際し、株式会社Archisから頼清徳総統へ贈った手紙には、次のようなメッセージが記されております：
“すずめに夢をのせて、世界へはばたく”。
小さな一羽のすずめが、国境を越えて人と人の心をつなぐ象徴でありたい――。
「夢雀」は、日本の農家の想いをのせ、米に新たな命を吹き込むという信念から生まれました。
今回の献酒は、日本と台湾の友情と敬意を表すための一献です。
2013年より一次産業の活性化を目指し、安倍昭恵さんと共に農業を盛り上げようと山口県山口市の米どころ、阿東徳佐地域で「田植えフェスティバル」など様々な取組を実施してまいりました。その想いを基盤に、堀江酒場（山口県岩国市錦町）とともに“日本酒の高付加価値化、世界における日本酒の地位向上”という目的を掲げて開発されたのが「夢雀」です。
■ 「夢雀（MUJAKU）」とは
「夢雀」は、山口県最古の酒蔵 堀江酒場 と株式会社Archisが共同で開発した、長期熟成型のヴィンテージ日本酒です。伊勢神宮で誕生した“奇跡のお米”イセヒカリを使用し、数年～十数年の熟成期間を経て、まろやかな酸味と深みのある旨味、芳醇な香りを備えた“時間を味わう酒”として、国内外の愛好家から高い評価を受けています。
ブランド名「夢雀」には、「みんなの夢を雀にのせて世界へ羽ばたいてほしい」という願いが込められており、国境を越えた心の交流の象徴でもあります。
■ 「MUJAKU TEN -天-」について
今回の頼総統に贈呈された「MUJAKU TEN -天- 10th Anniversary」は、「夢雀」ブランド誕生10周年を記念して限定製作された特別モデルです。これは、初年度の「2016年夢雀」と、産声を上げたばかりの「2025年夢雀」をアッサンブラージュ（ブレンド）した唯一無二の記念酒。
ボトルデザインは元マリメッコデザイナー・大田舞氏による特別仕様で、夜空に浮かぶ満月のように輝く夢雀と、その光に照らされる淡い雲が描かれています。

Yamaguchi, Japan – October 2025 – Archis Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Sentocho, Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture; CEO: Natsuko Matsuura) is pleased to announce that, together with Mrs. Akie Abe, the company has made an official presentation of its long-aged vintage sake, “MUJAKU,” to Taiwanese President Lai Ching-te and former President Tsai Ing-wen during a goodwill visit to Taiwan.
The visit, initiated by Mrs. Abe as part of a cultural exchange initiative, was supported by Archis in line with its long-standing efforts to promote regional agriculture and the culture of Japanese sake.
For President Lai, Archis presented the limited-edition “MUJAKU TEN – 天 –”, created to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the MUJAKU brand.
To former President Tsai, the company presented the vintage “MUJAKU 2023.”
Each bottle was personally signed by Mrs. Akie Abe and accompanied by a handwritten message:
“I would be delighted if you could feel the spirit of Japan through this wonderful sake born in Yamaguchi Prefecture. — Akie Abe”
The offering was made as a sincere gesture of friendship and respect between Japan and Taiwan.
■The Spirit of “MUJAKU”
A letter from Archis to President Lai included the following message:
“Carrying dreams on the wings of a sparrow, flying across the world.”
The small sparrow symbolizes the wish to connect hearts across borders.
“MUJAKU” was born from a belief in breathing new life into rice — the heart of Japanese agriculture — and sharing that spirit with the world.
This presentation embodies friendship and mutual respect between Japan and Taiwan.
Since 2013, Archis has worked with Mrs. Akie Abe to revitalize local farming in Yamaguchi through events such as the Rice-Planting Festival.
Building upon that foundation, Archis and Horie Sake Brewery (Nishiki-machi, Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture) jointly developed “MUJAKU” with the mission of enhancing the value of Japanese sake and elevating its global status.

“MUJAKU” is a long-aged vintage sake jointly developed by Horie Sake Brewery, the oldest sake brewery in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and Archis Co., Ltd.
Brewed with Isehikari — a “miracle rice” originally cultivated at Ise Grand Shrine — the sake matures over several to more than ten years, acquiring a mellow acidity, profound umami, and rich aroma that together embody the concept of “savoring time itself.”

The bottle presented to President Lai, “MUJAKU TEN – Ten –”, is a special edition commemorating the 10th anniversary of the MUJAKU brand.
This one-of-a-kind blend unites the 2016 MUJAKU, the first vintage, with the newly born 2025 MUJAKU, creating a sake that embodies both tradition and renewal.
The bottle design, by former Marimekko designer Mai Ota, features a sparrow gleaming like a full moon in the night sky, softly illuminating drifting clouds — a poetic depiction of harmony and light.

■ Future Prospects
Following the ceremonial presentation in Taiwan, Archis Co., Ltd. will officially launch the expansion of the MUJAKU brand in the Taiwanese market.
The company has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with its local partner, Majestic Peaks International Ltd., and will strengthen its sales network focusing on the luxury segment, including department stores, high-end hotels, and fine restaurants.
