未来の起業家が集う日本初の高校生ビジネスコンテスト――TBCJが地域の課題に挑む

日本初！高校生が地域再生の主役に――TBC Japan 最終プレゼンテーション開催決定

高校生が自らの力で日本の地域課題に挑む——それが「Teenage Business Contest Japan（TBCJ）」です。日本初の高校生主導による全国ビジネスコンテストとして、TBCJは、地域の少子高齢化や人口減少といった深刻な課題に対し、若者ならではのアイデアと行動力で解決策を提示する場を提供しています。

このたび、TBCJは新たに東京大学協創プラットフォーム開発株式会社（東大IPC）による特別支援「UTokyo IPC Special Innovative Prize」の創設を発表しました。本賞は、特に創造性・実現性・社会的インパクトに優れた1チームまたは個人に授与されます。

   賞金概要 

·       UTokyo IPC 特別イノベーティブ賞：50万円

·       最優秀賞：30万円

·       優秀賞：20万円

·       奨励賞：10万円

·       ファイナリスト賞：5万円（該当者全員）

   コンテスト日程 

·       エントリー締切：2025年7月15日

·       ビジネス提案書提出締切：2025年7月21日

·       ファイナリスト（10組）発表：2025年7月31日

·       最終プレゼンテーション：2025年8月7日（13:00～16:00）

全国から選ばれた10組の高校生（個人またはチーム）が、学術・政府・産業界からなる審査員の前で、自らのビジネスプランを発表します。彼らは地域に根ざした課題に対して、実行可能で社会的インパクトのある解決策を提示します。

 Japan’s First High School Student-Led Business Contest Ignites Youth Innovation for Regional Revitalization

Tokyo, Japan – July 7, 2025 — Japan’s first high school student-led business contest, Teenage Business Contest Japan (TBCJ), is mobilizing youth to address one of the nation’s most pressing issues—regional revitalization. Through innovative, student-driven proposals, TBCJ empowers the next generation to create practical business solutions for Japan’s aging and declining communities.

As the contest enters its final stage, TBCJ announces the launch of the UTokyo IPC Special Innovative Prize, awarded to one team or individual for outstanding originality, feasibility, and social impact—with special endorsement from the UTokyo Innovation Platform Co., Ltd. (UTokyo IPC).

 Prize Breakdown 

·       UTokyo IPC Special Innovative Prize: ¥500,000

·       Grand Prize: ¥300,000

·       Excellence Prize: ¥200,000

·       Encouragement Prize: ¥100,000

·       Finalist Prize: ¥50,000 each

 

TBCJ also extends sincere gratitude to Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. for generously providing the venue for the live pitch event.

Ten finalists will present their proposals to a panel of judges representing academia, government, and industry. These students are challenged to address real-world problems with actionable business plans tailored to Japan’s local communities.
