近年、人的資本経営や従業員エンゲージメント向上などの取り組みを通じた人材確保の重要性が高まり続け、経営層は現場の本音や潜在課題を迅速に把握する必要性に迫られています。しかし、従来のアンケートや面談では、育成局面で社員が抱える微妙な感情や価値観、退職時の理由など、その後の改善につながる情報を正確かつ網羅的に取得することは困難であり、施策の立案や問題解決に時間を要するケースが多くありました。

Background of the Partnership

In recent years, the importance of securing talent through initiatives such as human capital management and enhancing employee engagement has been increasing. Management teams are under growing pressure to quickly grasp the authentic sentiments and latent challenges at the frontline.

However, traditional surveys and interviews have struggled to accurately and comprehensively capture information that leads to improvements—such as subtle emotions and values employees hold during development stages, or the real reasons behind resignations—often delaying strategy formulation and problem-solving.

Kikuvi automates the entire process of “questioning → recording → summarization → insight extraction” using AI, providing a platform that comprehensively and structurally visualizes the voices of employees and the frontline.
