森美術館、金沢21世紀美術館、横浜美術館、日本を代表する３つの美術館の館長が語る、現在と未来の日本の美術館のあり方
「Dialogue」トークセッション：Japanese Museums at the Forefront
このたびトークセッションに参加いただくパネリスト、片岡真実氏、蔵屋美香氏、長谷川祐子氏は、それぞれ森美術館、横浜美術館、金沢21世紀美術館の館長を務められています。これら3つの日本の美術館は日本のアートシーンをリードしており、彼らは、日本、アジア、そして国際的なアーティストによる展覧会をおこなってきました。このような国際的な展覧会をおこなううえでどのような課題があるのでしょうか。美術館とアートの未来に向けたディスカッションを行う。

パネリスト
片岡真実 (森美術館 館長)
ニッセイ基礎研究所都市開発部、東京オペラシティアートギャラリー・チーフキュレーターを経て、2003年より森美術館、2020年より現職。2023年4月より国立アートリサーチセンター長を兼務。ヘイワード・ギャラリー（ロンドン）インターナショナル・キュレーター（2007～2009年）、第9回光州ビエンナーレ共同芸術監督（2012年）、第21回シドニー・ビエンナーレ芸術監督（2018年）、国際芸術祭「あいち2022」芸術監督 (2022年）。CIMAM（国際美術館会議）では2014～2022年に理事（2020～2022年に会長）を歴任。

蔵屋美香（横浜美術館 館長）
千葉県生まれ。千葉大学大学院修了。東京国立近代美術館企画課長を経て、2020年より横浜美術館館長。主な展覧会に、「ヴィデオを待ちながら―映像、60年代から今日へ」（2009年、東京国立近代美術館）、「ぬぐ絵画―日本のヌード 1880-1945」（第24回倫雅美術奨励賞、2011-12年、同）、「高松次郎ミステリーズ」（2014-15年、同）、「藤田嗣治、全所蔵作品展示。」（2015年、同）、「没後40年 熊谷守一：生きるよろこび」（2017-18年、同）、「窓展：窓をめぐるアートと建築の旅」（2019-2020年、同）など。第55回ヴェネチア・ビエンナーレ国際美術展日本館の田中功起個展「abstract speaking: sharing uncertainty and other collective acts」（2013年）で特別表彰。おもな著作に『もっと知りたい 岸田劉生』（東京美術、2019年）他。
長谷川祐子（金沢21世紀美術館 館長）
キュレーター/美術批評。金沢21世紀美術館館長。京都大学法学部卒業、東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科修士課程修了。水戸芸術館学芸員、ホイットニー美術館客員キュレーター、世田谷美術館学芸員、金沢21世紀美術館学芸課長及び芸術監督、東京都現代美術館チーフキュレーター及び参事を経て、2021年4月より現職。タイ、モスクワ、シャルジャ、イスタンブールなどでのビエンナーレをはじめ、国内外で数多くの展覧会を企画。主な著書に『破壊しに、と彼女たちは言う：柔らかに境界を横断する女性アーティストたち』、『ジャパノラマ-1970年以降の日本の現代アート』、『新しいエコロジーとアート-「まごつき期」としての人新世』など。
司会：山峰潤也 (キュレーター)
東京都写真美術館、金沢21世紀美術館、水戸芸術館現代美術センターにて、キュレーターとして勤務したのち、ANB Tokyoの設立とディレクションを手掛ける。その後、文化／アート関連事業の企画やコンサルを行う株式会社NYAWを設立。主な展覧会に、「ハロー・ワールド ポスト・ヒューマン時代に向けて」、「霧の抵抗 中谷芙二子」（水戸芸術館）や「The world began without the human race and it will end without it.」（国立台湾美術館）など。また、avexが主催するアートフェスティバル「Meet Your Art Festival “NEW SOIL”」、文化庁とサマーソニックの共同プロジェクトMusic Loves Art in Summer Sonic 2022、森山未來と共同キュレーションしたKOBE Re:Public Art Projectなどのほか、雑誌やテレビなどのアート番組や特集の監修なども行う。また執筆、講演、審査委員など多数。2015年度文科省学芸員等在外派遣研修員。

Mami Kataoka (Mori Art Museum), Yuko Hasegawa (21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa), Mika Kuraya (Yokohama Museum of Art), moderated by Junya Yamamine in Japanese.These three Japanese institutions are leading the landscape in Japan and they are capable of showcasing first class exhibitions by Japanese, Asian and international artists. What are the challenges of such a kind of work? What are the benefits? Should institutions be only international?
Mami Kataoka (Director, Mori Art Museum)
Kataoka Mami joined the Mori Art Museum in 2003, taking on the role of Director in 2020. She has also taken on the position of Director of the National Center for Art Research since April 2023. Beyond Tokyo, Kataoka has held positions at the Hayward Gallery in London, where from 2007 to 2009 she was the institution’s first International Curator; she has also acted as Co-Artistic Director for the 9th Gwangju Biennale (2012), Artistic Director for the 21st Biennale of Sydney (2018) and Artistic Director for the Aichi Triennale 2022. Kataoka served as a Board Member (2014-2022) and the President (2020-2022) of CIMAM [International Committee for Museums and Collections of Modern Art].
Mika Kuraya (Director, Yokohama Museum of Art)
She had been working as chief curator of The National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo since 1993, and became a director of Yokohama Art Museum in 2020. Her main curatorial projects include: “Waiting for Video: Works from the 1960s to Today” (2009, The National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo), “Undressing Paintings: Japanese Nudes 1880-1945” (2011-2012, MOMAT, Ringa Art prize), “Jiro Takamatsu Mysteries” (2014-2015, MOMAT), “Kumagai Morikazu: A Joy of Living” (2017-2018, MOMAT), and “Windows: Journey through Art and Architecture” (2019-2020, MOMAT). She received Special Mention for the 55th Venice Biennale of International Art Exhibition with Koki Tanaka’s solo show “abstract speaking: sharing uncertainty and other collective acts” in 2013.
Yuko Hasegawa (Director, 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa)
Yuko Hasegawa is a curator, educator and writer. She is a Director of the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, and Artistic Director of the Inujima Art House Project. Prior to this position she was Artistic Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Tokyo until 2021 and during her post she curated solo exhibitions of Dumb Type, Olafur Eliasson among others. She has curated Japanese contemporary art and media and technology extensively both domestically and internationally. Her curatorial language is interdisciplinary, encompassing not simply art but also architecture, design, science and anthropology, and combined with global curating experience, allows her to view art as part of a single, holistic ecology. Hasegawa has also curated, either solo or in a joint capacity, international art biennials including the 7th International Istanbul Biennial (2001), the Shanghai Biennale (2002), the 29th São Paulo Biennial (2010), the Sharjah Biennial 11 (2013), and the 7th Moscow Biennale (2017), Thailand Biennale, Korat (2021) and also served as art advisor to the 12th Venice Architecture Biennale (2010).
Moderator:Junya Yamamine (Curator)
After working as a curator at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography, 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa and Contemporary Art Centre, Art Tower Mito, he established and directed ANB Tokyo. He later established NYAW Inc. to plan and consult on culture and art-related projects. Major exhibitions include ‘Hello World: For the Post-Human Age’ and ' Resistance of Fog: Fujiko Nakaya' (Art Tower Mito) and 'The world began without the human race and it will end without it.' (National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts). Also, Meet Your Art Festival "NEW SOIL", an art festival organized by avex; Music Loves Art in Summer Sonic 2022, a joint project of the Agency for Cultural Affairs and Summer Sonic; and Moriyama In addition to the KOBE Re:Public Art Project, which he co-curated with Mirai Moriyama, he also supervises art programmes and special features for magazines and television. He has also written, lectured and served on numerous juries, and was a 015–2016 fellow of the program of MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology - Japan).

Dialogue 概要説明
「Dialogue」トークセッションは、オンラインで行われるトークセッションであり、３月２日を皮切りにセッションを行ってきました。日本と世界のアートシーン、アートマーケット、異文化交流を育成・促進することを目的としています。将来を予測することで、今後のヒントとなることを願っています。
ニコラ・トレッツィを「Dialogue」全体のキュレーターとして迎え、彼と５つのセッションの内容を議論し、下記のモデレーターやパネリストとともに、各セッションをすすめています。
［キュレーター］ ニコラ・トレッツィ：
ニコラ・トレッツィ(1982年イタリアマゼンタ)は作家、教育者、編集者、展覧会制作者で、2017年からCCA Tel Aviv-Yafoのディレクター兼キュレーターを務めている。以前に、エルサレムのベザレル・アカデミー・オブ・アーツ・アンド・デザインのMFAの責任者を経験し、Flash Art Internationalの米国編集者であった。ムテンツ/バーゼルのKunsthaus Baselland、ワルシャワのUjazdowski Castle CCA、Peekskill NYのHVMOCA、パリのPalais de Tokyo、Art+Text Budapest、ブカレストのMNAC、ミラノのBUILDINGなどで共同企画展を開催。彼の書いた論考はartpress、artnet News、そしてテルアビブ美術館、イスラエル博物館エルサレム、ストックホルムのボニアーズ・コンストホール、ロンドンのニューポートストリートギャラリーで開催された展覧会のカタログなど掲載されている。
