【背景】

近年、民間企業が主導する宇宙開発が加速し、宇宙ビジネスは世界的に急速な市場拡大を続けています。国内においても産業の裾野拡大が急務とされる中、高い技術力を持つものづくり企業の参入とサプライチェーンの構築が重要な課題となっています。

湯本電機は長年培ってきた精密部品の切削加工技術を活かし、2021年より宇宙産業プロジェクト「Stella Mechanics」を立ち上げ、航空宇宙分野における課題解決に取り組んでまいりました。

この度、宇宙産業のエコシステム構築を推進する一般社団法人クロスユーが主催する「関西からはじめる宇宙ビジネス」にて、関西発の中小企業がどのように宇宙ビジネスへ参入し、事業を展開しているのか、そのリアルな軌跡と展望を共有すべく登壇する運びとなりました。

Yumoto Electric will be speaking at the pitch session of "Starting Space Business from Kansai – An Industry-Academia-Government Ecosystem Connecting Space with Different Industries" held on Tuesday, September 15.

Yumoto Electric Inc. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President: Hideitsu Yumoto) manufactures custom parts for rapid prototyping and R&D. We will be speaking at the pitch session titled "Initiatives in the Space Industry by Monozukuri Enterprises" at the event "Starting Space Business from Kansai – An Industry-Academia-Government Ecosystem Connecting Space with Different Industries," hosted by cross U.

【Background】

In recent years, private sector-led space development has accelerated, driving rapid global market expansion in the space business. In Japan, expanding the industrial base has become an urgent need, making the participation of advanced manufacturing companies and the establishment of robust supply chains essential.

Leveraging the precision machining technologies we have cultivated over many years, Yumoto Electric launched the "Stella Mechanics" space industry project in 2021 to solve challenges in the aerospace sector.
