【2024年8月28日】株式会社クエストリー（本社：東京都千代田区、代表取締役：伊部智信）は、アバランチ（Avalanche）ブロックチェーンの関連技術を提供するAva Labs（本社：米国ニューヨーク州、CEO：Emin Gün Sirer）とパートナーシップを締結したことを発表いたします。

この度の提携により、ファンドのトークン化事業において、アバランチ・ブロックチェーンを基盤とする**デジタル証券（セキュリティ・トークン）の発行を実現いたします。

【パートナーシップの背景】

株式会社クエストリーは、「日本のコンテンツを金融の力で世界一に」をミッションに掲げ、コンテンツ産業の持続的な発展を支える新たな**直接金融の仕組みを企画・開発しております。

その第一号案件として、クエストリーはみずほ証券株式会社と共同で、アニメ映画制作費の資金調達を目的としたコンテンツ・ファンド（愛称：Talent of Talents）を組成する取り組みを進めております。

一方で、「直接金融」は今後、ブロックチェーン技術の進展により不可逆的に変化していくことが予想されます。クエストリーは、世界の金融機関や事業会社が利用しているアバランチ・ブロックチェーンとその関連技術を最大限活用するべく、Ava Labsと協業することといたしました。

【取り組みの概要】

クエストリーは自己募集型の私募ファンド「Questry Global Anime ST Fund（仮称）」を2024年12月を目途に立ち上げ、同ファンドに紐づくデジタル証券（**セキュリティトークン）をアバランチのサブネットで発行し、投資家への販売を行い、同ファンドを通じて調達した資金を、みずほ証券と共同で組成するアニメファンドに投資いたします。

また、将来的には、法定通貨だけでなく、暗号資産（仮想通貨）による出資も可能にする計画です。

Issuing Digital Securities (Security Tokens) on Avalanche Blockchain

Tokyo, August 28, 2024 – Questry Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tomonobu Ibe) is pleased to announce its partnership with Ava Labs (Headquarters: New York, USA; CEO: Emin Gün Sirer), which provides various technologies for the Avalanche blockchain. This collaboration will enable the issuance of digital securities (**security tokens**) on Avalanche for its fund tokenization project.

Background of the Partnership:
Questry Co., Ltd. is dedicated to its mission of "Making Japanese Content the Best in the World through Financial Power" and is developing new direct financing mechanisms to support the sustainable growth of the content industry.

As its first initiative, Questry is working with Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd., to establish a content fund called “Talent of Talents” to cover production costs for animated films.

With the anticipated irreversible changes in direct finance due to advancements in blockchain technology, Questry has decided to collaborate with Ava Labs to fully leverage Avalanche blockchain and its related technologies.

Overview of the Project under the Partnership with Ava Labs:
Questry plans to launch a self-solicited private fund, tentatively named "Questry Global Anime ST Fund," by December 2024. This fund will issue digital securities (security tokens) on the Avalanche Subnet and sell them to investors.

Funds raised through this initiative will be invested in the anime fund “Talent of Talents”, being jointly established with Mizuho Securities Co. Additionally, we plan to enable funding contributions not only in fiat currency but also in cryptocurrencies in the future.
