これまでの“できない”を可能に

本特許は、単なる建材や部材ではなく、“建てる仕組みそのもの”を対象としています。

床パネル・壁パネルユニット・基準柱・工場製造工程・現場組付工程を一体化した建築プロセス全体が特許の範囲となります。

「FELIX工法7.0（セブンゼロ）」は、サッシ・建具・外装サイディング・断熱材・石膏ボード・電気用配管までを取り付けた壁・床パネルに加え、階段ユニット・バルコニー・床下地・ユニット・吊り天井などの主要部材をすべて工場内で製造し、建設現場へ一括搬送する、当社独自の“工業化・木造建設”技術です。

住宅建設工程の約70％を工場で完了させることで、現場作業は大幅に簡素化され、工期短縮・品質均一化・職人依存の軽減・工事音の低減・物流負荷の低減を実現します。

これにより、建設業界が抱える「工期遅延」「職人不足」「工事騒音問題」「物流コストの増加」といった構造的課題の解決が期待されます。

また、建築プロセス全体を一体化したこの工法の独自性が、今回の特許取得につながりました。

現場監督の作業量70%削減

現場での工程管理、職人の手配、品質チェック、資材搬入管理などの業務が大幅に削減され、現場監督の作業量は、従来比で最大70％削減されます。

工事音70%削減

施工工程の約70％が工場内で事前に完了しているので、現地での工事音も減り、合わせて工事で発生する音の問題を減らせる可能性が高まります。

現場工数70%短縮

工場で住宅づくりに必要な施工工程の約70％が完了。従って、住宅建設現場における工数の削減が可能となり、コスト削減や生産性能の向上につながります。

搬入・作業車大幅削減

工事関係車両の往来する期間や機会が減ります。その結果、走行音・振動・排ガスといった環境負荷要因の発生も抑制でき、周辺住民の生活環境が守られます。

特許取得の背景　― 工場生産への移行による建設プロセスの再構築 ―

建設業界では以前から、工場生産やプレハブなどを活用した建設効率化の取り組みが進められてきました。その中でフィリックスは、部材の単なる工場生産化ではなく、床パネル・壁パネル・階段ユニット・基準柱・工場製造工程・現場組付工程のすべてを有機的に統合した工法を機能させることで、工場生産と現場施工を高度に連携させ、“工場でつくり、現場では組み上げる”という新たな建設モデルを確立しました。

What is FELIX Construction Method 7.0 (Seven-Zero)?

The patent covers not a single material or component, but the building system itself—floor panels, wall-panel units, reference columns, the factory manufacturing process, and the on-site assembly process, integrated as one whole.

In the factory, Felix completes wall and floor panels—fitted with sashes, fixtures, exterior siding, insulation, gypsum board, and electrical conduit—plus major components such as stair units, balconies, subfloor units, and suspended ceilings, then ships them to the site in a single delivery. By completing roughly 70% of the home-building process in the factory, on-site work is dramatically simplified, delivering shorter timelines, more uniform quality, reduced dependence on skilled labor, lower noise, and a lighter logistics burden.

This is expected to help resolve structural challenges facing the industry—project delays, labor shortages, construction noise, and rising logistics costs. The originality of integrating the entire building process into a single system is what led to the patent.

Alongside its dual-headquarters structure in Nagoya and Tokyo, Felix operates three factories in Fuji City, Shizuoka and a production base in Tokoname City, Aichi (the Tokoname Factory; operations began May 1, 2026).
