Selected by an entrepreneurship support network active in 200 countries. Invited to the Shanghai summit in November 2026 to commemorate GEN's 20th anniversary.

I'mbesideyou Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Shozo Kamiya; hereinafter "the Company") is proud to announce that it has been selected as one of the "Global Top 10" startups by the Global Entrepreneurship Network (hereinafter "GEN") from among the hundreds of thousands of startups it has supported over the past 20 years.

This selection commemorates the 20th anniversary of the Global Entrepreneurship Network. As a selected company, the Company has been invited to a program in Shanghai from November 9 to 12, 2026. Representative Director Shozo Kamiya will participate in the main summit on November 10 to interact with selected stakeholders from around the world.

One of 10 Companies Expected to Achieve Future Success from 20 Years of Support

According to the notification from GEN, these 10 companies were selected by the leadership of "GEN Founders," which supports entrepreneurs, from among the hundreds of thousands of companies supported over the past 20 years. Jonathan Ortmans, President of GEN, notified the Company that he wishes to introduce it on the global stage as one of the 10 companies from which future success is most anticipated.

This program focuses on enhancing the international recognition of the selected companies and building relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and supporters. In addition to attending the main summit in Shanghai, visits to local entrepreneurship support hubs are also scheduled.

Entering a New Milestone Following Two Consecutive Years of EWC Selection

The Company was previously selected as part of the Global Top 100 for two consecutive years (2021 and 2022) in the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC), co-organized by GEN, and advanced to the Global Top 40 in the 2022 global finals.

The 2026 selection is a special recognition commemorating GEN's 20th anniversary and is independent of the EWC contest rankings.

Connecting the World to AI Transformation for Japanese Enterprises and Human Potential

Under its philosophy of "Making society a school," the Company has been advancing the research, development, and social implementation of AI that visualizes the individuality and potential of each person. Connecting three bases in Japan, India, and the United States, a founding team well-versed in large enterprise operations collaborates with AI engineers centered around graduates of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT).

Currently, through its core product "ProcMine," the Company visualizes actual business operations from screen recordings and videos, leading to the redesign and automation of operations premised on AI. By utilizing on-site know-how as organizational assets, the Company aims to create an environment where people can spend time on creative work and valuable decision-making.

In September 2026, NTT DATA Group announced that it will advance verification of our AI Operator for business use, along with initiatives toward its implementation and practical deployment.

Taking this selection as an opportunity, we will expand our connections with entrepreneurs, investors, and partners around the world, and further accelerate business transformation at Japanese companies and the real-world implementation of AI.

Message from Shozo Kamiya, Representative Director & President

"We are deeply honored to have been chosen as one of the 10 companies out of hundreds of thousands supported by GEN over the past 20 years. I would like to share this joy with our colleagues in Japan, India, and the United States who have shared our challenges since our founding, as well as our customers, partners, shareholders, and everyone who supports us.

"What we aim for is not simply to be evaluated globally, but to create a society where AI expands the potential of each individual and enables people and organizations to learn and grow better together.

"We accept this selection as a responsibility to meet expectations. We will translate the power of our globally connected technology and team into concrete results for our customers right before us, delivering AI that expands human potential from Japan to the world."
