【東京山九フェニックス】女子ラグビーチーム フランス強豪チームのUSAペルピニャンとパートナーシップ契約を締結
女子ラグビーチームの東京山九フェニックスは、フランスの強豪ラグビーチーム・USAペルピニャンとパートナーシップを締結した。
東京山九フェニックスは、フランスのラグビーチーム・USAペルピニャンとパートナーシップを締結した。両チームは何カ月にもわたって連絡を取り合い、ダィレクター間の交流を経て、パートナーシップを締結することで、関係を強化することとなった。東京山九フェニックスとウサップフェミニンの今回の協働は、日本とカタランのスポーツ及び文化の交流を可能とするもので、女子ラグビーの更なる発展が期待される。
このパートナーシップの一環として、ウサップフェミニンは、東京山九フェニックスから数名の選手をまもなく迎える予定であり、両チームで連携してコーチングやトレーニングのプロジェクトも実施される予定だ。
USA ペルピニャンとも呼ばれるUnion Sportive Arlequins Perpignanaisは、1902 年に設立され、フランスのペルピニャンに本拠を置くプロラグビーチーム。彼らの男子チームは国内選手権で7度の優勝経験があり、女子チームは現在フランスの2部に所属している。

Nouveau partenariat entre l’USAP et Tokyo Sankyu Phoenix
En contact depuis de longs mois, les échanges entre les dirigeants des deux formations ont conduit ceux-ci à renforcer leur relation en s'engageant dans un partenariat. Cette collaboration entre les deux équipes féminines, USAP Féminin et Tokyo Sankyu Phoenix, va permettre de construire des échanges sportifs et culturels entre le Japon et le Pays Catalan, et de continuer à développer la pratique féminine du rugby.
Dans le cadre de ce partenariat, l’USAP Féminin accueillera prochainement plusieurs joueuses du Tokyo Sankyu Phoenix et des projets de coopération, d’accompagnement et de formation seront également menés entre les deux équipes.
Le Tokyo Sankyu Phoenix est le club numéro 1 au Japon. Fondé en 2002, il fête ce 18 novembre ses 22 ans. Champion du Japon en 2024 pour la deuxième fois de leur histoire, le Tokyo Sankyu Phoenix est un club ambitieux qui ne cesse de se développer. Dans sa politique de développement et d'ouverture vers d'autres horizons rugbystiques, ce partenariat représente une grande opportunité de coopération entre les deux clubs. Cela permettra une promotion croisée de l'USAP et du Tokyo Sankyu Phoenix sur les territoires Japonais et Français ainsi qu'un soutien au développement de la pratique féminine dans les deux pays.

New partnership between USAP and Tokyo Sankyu Phoenix
The two teams have been in contact for many months, and exchanges between their directors have led them to strengthen their relationship by entering into a partnership. This collaboration between the two women's teams, USAP Féminin and Tokyo Sankyu Phoenix, will enable sporting and cultural exchanges between Japan and the Pays Catalan, and further the development of women's rugby.

Union Sportive Arlequins Perpignanais, also referred to as USA Perpignan, is a French professional rugby club founded in 1902 and based in Perpignan, France. Their men’s team has won the national championship seven times and the women's team is currently in the second division of the French championship.
東京山九フェニックスとは
東京山九フェニックスは2013年に設立された女子ラグビーチーム。当時は練習場所もなく、渋谷区にある小学校の校庭を借りて練習を実施していた。
現在は神奈川にあるグラウンドを使用しているが、設立当初よりチームの拠点は常に渋谷区としている。
チームメンバーは仕事や大学での勉強をしながら、ラグビーと向き合っている。常に最先端の情報や文化を発信し続ける、ダイバーシティーの街「渋谷」。
チームスピリットとして、「ダイバーシティーの街、渋谷発のデュアルラグビーチーム」として、新しい女子スポーツ文化を創造し、渋谷から世界へ女子ラグビー文化を発信していく。チームの母体は2002年に作られていて、昨年で20周年を迎えた。
15人制においても、7人制においても、日本代表選手を常に輩出している。チーム代表は元日本代表選手の四宮洋平。
2019年度より、山九株式会社がネーミングライツスポンサーとなり、「東京フェニックス」から「東京山九フェニックス」に名前を変更している。
2022年度は7人制大会15人制大会のどちらも優勝の二冠を達成した。
2023年度の15人制大会も優勝し、二連覇となった。
