サンディスク、SK hynixと連携し、HBF™（High Bandwidth Flash）メモリーテクノロジーの標準化を推進

HBF™メモリーテクノロジー仕様の確立に向けた基本合意書を締結

サンディスク コーポレーション（NASDAQ: SNDK）は8月6日、SK hynixと画期的な基本合意書（MOU）を締結したことを発表しました。両社はこのMOUに基づき、次世代のAI推論向けにこれまでにないメモリー容量とパフォーマンスを提供するために設計された新たなテクノロジーであるHBF™（High Bandwidth Flash）の仕様の確立に向け協業します。両社は連携をとおしてHBF™の仕様の標準化、技術要件の定義を進め、テクノロジーエコシステムの構築を目指します。

サンディスクの高度なBiCSテクノロジーと独自のCBAウェーハボンディングを活用し、AI業界の主要な業界関係者からの意見を参考にしつつ1年をかけて開発を進めてきたサンディスクのHBF™テクノロジーは、次世代のメモリーとストレージに関するイベント、FMS: the Future of Memory and Storage 2025において「Best of Show, Most Innovative Technology（最も革新的なテクノロジー）」賞を受賞しました。HBF™メモリーの初のサンプルは2026年下半期に提供開始予定であり、HBF™を搭載した初のAI推論デバイスのサンプルは2027年初旬に提供を開始する見込みです。
