韓国にて、半導体製造向けTMAHプラントを受注＜English follows＞

東洋エンジニアリング株式会社(代表取締役 取締役社長 CEO: 細井 栄治)の子会社であるToyo Engineering Korea Limited (社長: 宮崎　能成、以下Toyo-Korea)は、株式会社トクヤマとロッテケミカル株式会社の折半出資の合弁会社である韓徳化学株式会社（以下HANTOK）より、テトラメチルアンモニウムヒドロキシド（以下TMAH）の製造プラント建設プロジェクトを受注しました。2027年度の完工を予定しており、Toyo-Koreaは一部調達、建設工事、および運転支援を担当します。

TMAHは、半導体製造工程で使用されるフォトレジスト用現像液であり、先端半導体の需要拡大を背景に一層の需要の増加が見込まれます。HANTOKは、TMAHの現有生産能力を将来的に倍増する計画であり、今回のプラント建設はその安定した供給システムの構築に向けた戦略的投資の一環として位置づけられています。

Toyo-Koreaは今後も、韓国で長年培ってきたプロジェクト遂行実績とエンジニアリングの知見を活かし、半導体産業の発展に貢献していきます。

Toyo-Korea Awarded Contract for TMAH Production Plant for Semiconductor Manufacturing in South Korea

Toyo Engineering Korea Limited (President: Yoshinari Miyazaki, Toyo-Korea), a subsidiary of Toyo Engineering Corporation (President and CEO: Eiji Hosoi), has been awarded a contract by HANTOK CHEMICALS CO., LTD. (HANTOK) for the construction of a Tetramethylammonium Hydroxide (TMAH) production plant in South Korea.

HANTOK is a 50:50 joint venture between Tokuyama Corporation and LOTTE Chemical Corporation. Toyo-Korea will be responsible for selected procurement activities, construction, and commissioning support. The project is scheduled for completion in FY2027.

TMAH is used as a photoresist developer in semiconductor manufacturing processes. Demand is expected to continue growing, driven by growing demand for advanced semiconductors. HANTOK plans to double its existing TMAH production capacity. The new plant forms part of a strategic investment program aimed at establishing a reliable supply system for TMAH.

Drawing on its extensive project execution experience and engineering expertise in South Korea, Toyo-Korea will continue to support the growth of the semiconductor industry.
