Ltd.（在シンガポール、以下「Xurya」）とMOU（基本合意書）を締結しました。本MOUの締結を通じ、XuryaのC&I顧客ネットワークと再生可能エネルギーソリューションおよび当社の温室効果ガス（GHG）排出量の可視化・管理プラットフォームに関する事業経験やノウハウを活用し、インドネシア国内の脱炭素経営促進に貢献してまいります。

本協業の背景及び狙い

世界的な脱炭素化の流れを受け、東南アジアにおける主要経済国であるインドネシアにおいても、企業のGHG排出量削減への関心が急速に高まっています。同国政府は2060年までのネットゼロ達成を掲げており、特に電力需要の大きいC&Iセクターにおいて、再生可能エネルギーへの切り替えと、正確なデータに基づくGHG排出量管理の重要性が増しています。当社は、日本国内で培ったGHG排出量の可視化・管理に関する知見を活かし、現在インドネシアを含むAPAC地域でのグローバル展開に注力しています。このたび、現地で強固な顧客基盤を持ち、主力事業である屋根置き太陽光発電以外のソリューション提供へも戦略転換を掲げるXurya、およびグローバルな事業ネットワークを有する三井物産と三社間でのMOUを締結することで、インドネシア市場における実効性あるGHG排出量の可視化・管理プラットフォームやソリューションの検証・展開に関して連携し、同国における脱炭素ソリューションの提供体制を強化いたします。

当社は、今回のMOU締結を足掛かりに、インドネシアをはじめとするAPAC地域での展開を一層加速させます。現地の有力なパートナーとの連携を通じて、国ごとのニーズに即した脱炭素ソリューションを提供し、グローバル規模でのカーボンニュートラル社会の実現に貢献してまいります。

e-dash Signs MOU with Indonesian Complete Solar Energy Solutions Provider Xurya and Mitsui & Co.

Aiming to accelerate decarbonization in Indonesia through a strategic partnership with industry leaders

e-dash Co., Ltd. (“e-dash,” head office: Tokyo, Chief Executive Officer: Toma Yamasaki) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui,” head office: Tokyo, Chief Executive Officer: Kenichi Hori) and Xurya Pte. Ltd. (“Xurya,” head office: Singapore, Director: Gusmantara Ekamukti Himawan). Xurya is the parent company of PT Xurya Daya Indonesia, a complete solar energy solutions provider for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers in Indonesia, in which Mitsui is one of the investors.

Through this MOU, the three parties will promote decarbonization in Indonesia by leveraging Xurya's expertise and extensive C&I customer network and renewable energy solutions, combined with e-dash’s proven expertise in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions visualization and management platforms.

Background and Objectives of the Collaboration

As global decarbonization gains momentum, interest in GHG reduction is surging in Indonesia, a key Southeast Asian economy. With the Indonesian government aiming for Net Zero by 2060, the transition to renewable energy and the need for accurate, data-driven emissions management are becoming critical—particularly in the energy-intensive C&I sector.

e-dash is currently focused on expanding its APAC presence by leveraging the technical insights it developed in the Japanese market. By partnering with Xurya—which has strong local expertise and holds a robust local customer base—and Mitsui’s global business network, e-dash will strengthen its capacity to deliver decarbonization solutions in Indonesia. Furthermore, this collaboration will allow Xurya to offer comprehensive and uniquely country-specific decarbonization solutions to their customers and beyond, in line with its transformative strategy to go beyond rooftop solar. Under this MOU, the three companies will collaborate to verify and deploy effective emissions visualization and management platforms and solutions in the Indonesian market.
