ピックルボールの楽しさを、もっと多くの人へ。
DPC KOBEでは、未経験・初級から中級者まで、各レベルに合わせて楽しめる練習プログラムを開催しています。
講師は、テニス指導歴30年のベテランであり、現役ピックルボール競技者の福井宏光（ふくい・ひろみつ）コーチ。
明るく朗らかな人柄と、初学者に寄り添う丁寧な指導で、幅広い世代から信頼を集めています。
今回は、まったく初めての方向けの「体験会」と、ルールや動きにまだ不安のある方向けの「初級練習会」の２プログラムを開催します。
「運動は久しぶりで…」という方でも、安心してご参加いただける内容です。
セッションでは、ラケットの握り方、ルールの基本、体の使い方、軽いラリー体験まで、実際にプレーをしながら自然に習得していきます。
たくさん汗をかくというよりも、「気づけば体が動いていた」——そんな軽やかで心地よい時間が流れます。
ピックルボールをきっかけに、

Release Overview | Introductory Pickleball Sessions with Coach Fukui
DBringing the joy of pickleball to more people.
At DPC KOBE, we offer practice sessions tailored to a wide range of skill levels—from complete beginners to intermediate players.
Leading the sessions is Coach Hiromitsu Fukui, a veteran tennis instructor with 30 years of experience and an active competitive pickleball player.
Known for his bright personality and attentive guidance, Coach Fukui is trusted by players across all generations.
This time, we’re offering two beginner-focused programs:
an Experience Session for those who are completely new to the sport,
and a Beginner Practice Session for those still building confidence in the rules and movement.
Even if it’s been a while since your last workout, the sessions are welcoming, easy to join, and designed with comfort in mind.
You’ll learn paddle grip, basic rules, simple body positioning, and enjoy light rally play—all while being active on court.
Rather than an intense workout, these sessions flow naturally: before you know it, your body is moving with ease.
Let pickleball spark:

そんな方におすすめのプログラムです。
豊富なテニス指導経験と独自の工夫を活かした 福井 宏光コーチ が、楽しみながら上達するコツを伝授します。
後半には、参加者同士でのフリープレー（希望者のみ・本体験会参加者限定）もご用意しています。

【Perfect for Newcomers｜Pickleball Sessions with Coach Fukui】
“Looks fun, but I’ve never played before.”
“I’ve only tried it a few times—I’d love to learn the basics properly.”
This program is ideal for you.
Led by Coach Hiromitsu Fukui, who brings decades of tennis coaching experience and his own creative approach to teaching, these sessions are designed to help you improve while having fun.
At the end of the session, participants will also have the option to enjoy some casual free play with others (optional and open only to session participants).

Capacity｜
Each session is limited to 12 participants (first-come, first-served), using 2 courts.
Target Levels｜
Beginner: First-time players or those with only a few experiences.
Novice: Have played before but not yet competed, or have competed but are still gaining confidence.
Intermediate: Already participating and winning in matches, aiming to further improve.
Registration｜ Advance payment is required via the ticketing site Peatix (see links above).
An additional 1-hour free play session is available for all participants:
Free play is optional and exclusively for session participants.
Not available as a standalone registration.
Payment for free play (¥550) is to be made in cash on the day.
Fee｜ Prices shown above include tax.
Cancellation Policy｜
If no participants are registered by 4:00 PM on the day before the event, the session will be cancelled.

福井 宏光（ふくい・ひろみつ）
1976年生まれ
テニス歴35年／指導歴30年。ITC神戸をはじめ複数クラブでヘッドコーチを務め、多くのプレイヤーを指導。
2024年、ピックルボール世界チャンピオン ダニエル・ムーア との“コンタクト”をきっかけに競技の魅力に惹かれ、新たな挑戦を決意。
現在は50歳以上のカテゴリで日本一を目指し、国内外の大会に多数出場。日々研究とトレーニングに取り組む。

With 35 years of tennis experience and three decades as a coach, Fukui has served as head coach at multiple prestigious clubs, including ITC Kobe, guiding numerous players to competitive success.
In 2024, a pivotal encounter with world pickleball champion Daniel Moore sparked his passion for the sport, inspiring him to embark on an exciting new competitive chapter.
Now aiming to become Japan’s #1 player in the 50+ division, he competes extensively in tournaments both domestically and internationally, dedicating himself to rigorous daily training and in-depth game analysis.
