2026年2月7日～8日の2日間、東京でハッカソンイベント「Hack4Job Technology Engineering Challenge – Tokyo」（以下Hack4Job Tokyo）を開催することを発表します。この対面形式のハッカソンでは、参加者は実際の課題に挑戦しながら自身の技術力を存分に発揮できます。また、メットライフでのキャリアを獲得することにもつながる貴重な機会でもあります。

　Hack4Job Tokyoは、日本在住者を対象とし、雇用となった場合は東京での勤務を予定しています。参加者はチームで協力し、当日発表される課題に対して革新的なアイデアを競い合います。2月7日にハッカソンの優勝チームが発表され、選考通過者は翌日のオンサイト面接に進み、メットライフ生命のテクノロジーチームへの道が開かれます。

Platform for Tech Talent to Showcase Skills and Fast-Track Their Careers

Tokyo, December 3, 2025 – MetLife Japan, one of Japan’s leading financial services company, announced today Hack4Job Technology Engineering Challenge – Tokyo. The in-person hackathon offers participants a unique opportunity to showcase their skills, tackle real-world challenges and potentially secure a rewarding career with MetLife. The event will take place at the MetLife Office in Tokyo, Japan on February 7th and 8th, 2026.

Hack4Job Tokyo is open to individuals in Japan, with job opportunities based in Tokyo, Japan. Participants will collaborate in teams to develop innovative solutions to problem statements unveiled during the hackathon. Hackathon winners will be announced on February 7th, and shortlisted candidates will be invited for on-site interviews on the following day, providing a direct pathway to join MetLife’s Japan technology team.
