しかしながら、イノベーションの核となるエンジンは”多様性（ダイバーシティ）”です。異なる文化や経験、スキル、価値観を持つ人々が集まることで、多角的な視点や新しいアイデアが生まれやすくなり、創造性やイノベーションを促進します。
