〜訪日・在留外国人に向けた“住まい×フィットネス”の新たなサービス連携を開始〜

外国人向け賃貸プラットフォームApartment Japan®（以下「Apartment Japan」）を運営するDID-GLOBAL株式会社（本社：大阪市中央区、代表取締役：近藤 暁子、以下「DID-GLOBAL」）とスポーツジム・フィットネスクラブを都度利用できるプラットフォーム「GYMHOP」を運営する株式会社HOPPERS（神戸市中央区、代表取締役 CEO 芳賀 敏、以下「HOPPERS」）は、訪日・在留外国人に向け、“住まい×フィットネス”のコラボレーションによる新たなサービスを展開することを目的とした業務提携を締結し、新たなサービスを開始いたしました。

提携の背景と目的 

近年、日本を訪れる外国人観光客や、長期滞在を希望する外国人の増加に伴い、「言語の壁を越えた快適な住環境」および「短期でも気軽に利用できるフィットネスサービス」へのニーズが高まっています。
GYMHOPは、月額会員登録なしで日本各地の提携ジムを都度利用できる新しいフィットネスプラットフォーム。　Apartment Japanとは、外国人向け賃貸物件検索サイト及びオンライン契約締結プラットフォームで、来日前・後の外国人居住希望者の集客に強みを持ちます。　両社の強みを掛け合わせることで、日本での滞在をより安心・快適にサポートできると考え、本提携に至りました。

• Apartment Japanでの契約者特典としてGYMHOPチケットの割引を提供

• 外国人向け物件紹介時に、周辺のGYMHOP提携ジム情報を連携

• フィットネス利用ニーズのある顧客に対し、共同でのプロモーション活動を実施

• 多言語での案内・サポート体制を強化し、フィットネス・住居探しを両面で検索できるため日本語で検索するストレスを軽減

今後は、両サービス間でのシステム連携や、共同イベントの開催、さらなる提携先ジム・物件の拡充などを通じて、訪日・在留外国人の生活環境をより豊かにするサービス展開を進めてまいります。

 DID-GLOBAL Co.,LTD. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka; CEO: Akiko Kondo), the operator of the foreigner-friendly rental platform Apartment Japan® (“Apartment Japan”), and HOPPERS Inc. The collaboration aims to launch a new service that combines housing and fitness to better serve the needs of international visitors and residents in Japan.
