ZWEISPACE offers ZWEICOIN as Real Estate App Token, generating revenue from real estate evaluation and marketing. It keeps the surplus in a separate bank account in Japanese yen denomination or real estate on its patented real estate blockchain

ZWEISPACE, a blockchain powered PropTech company, located in Tokyo, Silicon Valley, Singapore, started to offer ZWEICOIN as Real estate App Token. About a hundred realtors from Japan nationwide are using “Kohudo-kun”, their real estate app and advertisement platform. Today ZWEIPSACE made a bilateral deal with PRESI, a realestate company in Tokyo, offering the app token and receiving conditional leasing right. The surplus from the real estate evaluation and marketing operation will be stored in a separate bank account in Japanese Yen denomination. Part of the asset will be secured in the form of leasing instruments and tangible physical real estate, registered in its patented real estate blockchain title system. The tangible real estate in the separate account will be disclosed and searchable by its blockchain explorer of the immutable real estate blockchain.
