データセクション株式会社、新会長就任に関するお知らせ
１. 目的
現在、当社は、新戦略として掲げている AI データセンターの運営及び AI クラウドサービ ス運営の準備を進めております。当該新事業戦略に関しては、日本国内のみならず、グロー バル、特に欧州での事業展開を検討しております。欧州各国は近年の地政学的リスクと高ま りを受けて、AI の積極的な導入を進めております。 スペインの国民党元党首であり、2024 年１月に設立された、安全保障及び AI に焦点を当 てた Hyperion Fund FCR を運営する Casado 氏の参加により、各国でのプロジェクトとの連 携及び推進に大きく貢献し、当社の新戦略遂行を後押しするものと期待しております。 なお、Casado 氏は、当社取締役に該当いたしません。
