ビットコインレジデンスを２０１５年に行ったZweispaceが、この春、STDトークンでのデジタルツイン住宅の賃貸を始めた。今年2月に発表した、STDトークン・プロジェクトのSTDトークン（STD token) で賃貸可能。

東京都中央区日本橋は、渋沢栄一が設立した日本最初の銀行「第一国立銀行」（現みずほ銀行）、建設は2代目清水喜助（清水組、現清水建設）、みずほ銀行の創業者、安田善次郎の最初の鰹節と卵焼き屋も開業された、日本の銀行業にゆかりの地。現在は、大手の民間金融機関は大手町に移転したものの、日本円の紙幣発行中央銀行、日本銀行本店も日本橋本石町で営業している。証券会社は東京証券取引所の兜町周辺に本社が集中している。本物件には「日本のお金の歴史・銀行史」（日本語・英語併記版）が付随。

今回の1STDは、ワンルーム1日分の家賃を基準とし、豊臣秀吉の太閤検地当時の「1人1年分の米の消費量」に匹敵する新たな価値指標として設計された。現代における、米の価格変動や需給の変化を考慮し、米を標準とした俵型の通貨単位の金貨大判小判、そして米の量を計る直方体の枡から、枡を変え、現代の必須支出である住宅費を基準に、その最も普及している標準としての同じく直方体のデジタルツインワンルームの1日の賃料を基準として定めたものである。金貨大判小判の変わりに、不動産ブロックチェーン製のデジタルツイントークンSTD、金にもまさる有用な価値を、グローバルに瞬時に移転し、保存し、かつ使えるように、世界の不動産を繋げていく。

1ビットコインで東京のワンルームを1ヶ月借りられたサービス開始の9年後、ビットコインの価格は300倍に。 今、STDで東京のデジタルツイン物件を1ヶ月借りられる新サービスが始まる。

Historical Significance of Nihonbashi
